I got the new double cheeseburger. I got the classic and the rodeo. The classic was bland I had to put more ketchup and mustard on it. The worker put ketchup packs in my bag and I wondered why? But I know why it had no flavor. The rodeo had a little better taste because it had BBQ sauce. The burgers were also cold I had to reheat them in the microwave. I paid $4.50 each for little kids burgers. They were so small I don’t recommend you get these burgers.

This location was very busy when I arrived as I went at lunch time. I placed a mobile order. When I went to pick up the drive thru line was very long so I decided to walk in to get my order. When I gave them my order number and name the employee was polite and went to check if it was done (I was gave plenty of time and had already received the notification that order was ready having had a 15 min drive over) I heard her yell out “order for Maribel” and someone responded its up. She handed me my order and the 2 empty cups for my drinks so I can fill them (no biggie it was busy and honestly not a big deal to me) so I walked over to machine and served my own drinks and was on my way. The plan was to eat in the car cause I had errands to run as we all busy nowadays. THERE WAS NO NAPKINS, NO STRAWS IN THE BAGS, NO KETCHUP!!!! I am with young kids and already about 10 min away!!! So that’s why 4 stars. I know sometimes they might add those things right before they hand it over but they should make sure it’s 100% ready (straws in the bag, napkins and definitely ketchup cause some kids have to have it).

Service is extremely slow, most times the wait in the drive thru is 15 minutes. Employees are rude. They get my order wrong half the time. Inside store could be cleaned better and the outside is filthy.

This place needs new management. They are always running out of everything. From large cups to different flavors of soda. Service is very slow in the drive thru. It was never like this until a few years ago. It’s a shame because they are right down the street from my house. They have definitely lost a lot of my business recently.

When you pull up to the drive thru and there’s two broken menu boards and you can’t place the order until after you’ve got into the speaker because that’s where the menu board is at so your asked to place your order before you even gotten a chance to look over the menu and then it when you start placing your order the lady tells you to hold on in the middle of you asking for your order and they were out of every drink except for 3 flavors that I really didn’t like. Just won’t be going in the evening will try another time to see if service changes to a better review

My spicy chicken wrap from Burger King was smaller than I was expecting, in fact it was about the size of my palm, but delicious. It was also a bit less spicy than I thought. The service was good and the drive thru, at least when I visited, was not overly busy. Overall, I’d visit again.

Took 20+ minutes in the drive through. Edit: I came back a few times over the past months and 6 out of the 6 times I had to wait 25+ minutes in the drive through, absolutely horrendous service, time, and from what I saw through the window hygiene. One of, if not the worst Burger King I know of. Do not waste your time here. If you lived right next to this one you would get faster service if you drove to a different location. I cannot stress this enough, please go to a different location as it will ruin your day for sure.
