I got food just before 3pm. There were hashbrown bites mixed in with my onion rings. That is food from almost 5 hours ago. That tells me that they do not clear old food before starting new food. That is disgusting. I was given food I didn’t ask for (that was almost 5 hours old) which means I didn’t get what I paid for. This is the last time I will ever go to Burger King. Eat at this location at your own risk. Ps food begins to grow bacteria after about 2 hours out of the oven/fridge. A complete waste of $7+. I couldn’t even eat my burger knowing how long they left food out

The place was clean and not much crowded. The food tastes ok. One of the burger is tasty but the other one is not. The Oreo milkshake was very tasty. The soda vending machine outside was not working.
There are only two people to help the drive through and the one inside. It took a lot of time to get the food.
The drive through was fast as I see at least 3 cars pass through before we get out orders.

They close at 11pm. It’s not even 10pm and they already told me that I couldn’t order what I wanted because the already shut off the machine and cleaned it for the night. Really? So the customer gets screwed because you want to get out of your job as soon as possible. I’ve worked in the fast food world and from what I remember we had to wait till we closed to clean the machines, not hours before. I could understand 30 minutes before closing but 1 hour and a half before closing is unacceptable. It’s burger King that losing money and a customer just so they can save themselves a couple of minutes at closing. And the managers are ok with it is the worst part about it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. There’s a McDonald’s up the street.

I got a soggy bottom bun.. The guy was cool and replaced it, they forgot to put cheese into the burger tho.. I realized it when I was looking at the app. Definitely doesn’t look like what was advertised.

I like Burger King but this one does not operate like a normal Burger King. They never have things i order. One time I went in there and they didn’t have Whoppers! This is a hit and miss place. Went there yesterday and they didn’t have no milkshakes. Never know what they WILL HAVE!

Super clean and friendly staff. The food came quick and all tables were properly cleaned…I saw the staff use a spray and white cloth rather than just a wet dirty rag. The food is just like how Burger King’s food should taste like, which is good.

I have been to 5 different locations of Burger King in our city of Fresno. And Clovis, I cannot believe the number of times of certain things always out of stock. Sometimes they have no fries, no. Ice cream Sundays no soda such as Diet Coke. If they’re out of French fries, they offer onion rings. Sometimes they’re out of spoons and you have to use a straw to eat your ice cream Sunday when it’s available. Overall, I always have my chicken grilled sandwich. It is amazing. But I am just surprise on the stock of products so low and when you talk to others about it, they have witnessed the same thing. So why is burger king doing this.
