Haven’t been here in a while and let’s just say I got a very harsh reminder as to why! I went tonight 1/07/26 and was disappointed with my order. Spent a total of $64 dollars and some change. One of my whoppers was supposed to be with cheese no mayo and for some reason they didn’t add any veggies besides lettuce! Then we were met with bitter fries? Oil definitely need to be changed as you can taste its old burnt oil. And to top it off raw chicken in one of the chicken sandwiches I bought. Unfortunately, they didn’t notice early on so hopefully they don’t get sick. So please beware! Make sure to check your chicken is fully cooked before eating.

By far the worst Burger King I’ve been to. Every visit is a disappointment. You’re left waiting at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes without even a greeting. After finally placing your order, you’re asked to park and wait another 10 minutes—only to have food made incorrectly and receive cold, hard, old nuggets. To make matters worse, they never give you a receipt. At this point, I’m more frustrated with myself for giving this location multiple chances to do better. Definitely won’t be returning.

This place is actually the worst. Came from our of town to pick up a friend. He wanted burger King and they gave us terrible service and the food was horrible! Super greasy and slopply put together like they were in a rush. Then my friend didn’t get his food until after me which was odd being he ordered first. As we sat to enjoy our food your workers were talking about doing vape pens and being an ex paper I felt very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.

Always horrible service. They park every single car, even if there is nobody else in the drive thru line.
I came here on my lunch break because it was the closest food place. I watched a car in the other line order before me, even though they have two lanes they only take orders one at a time. I watched the car leave and still had to wait to place my order. I waited 10 minutes and said “hello?” about 20 times, no answer. I pulled up to the window to place my order and the young man that was working was rude and said he could not take my order at the window and that he was about to take my order but I left. I explained how long I had already waited and how ridiculous it was that I had to go all the way back around even though there was nobody in line!!! SO STUPID! Don’t waste your time or money here. I never even got an apology and my drink was flat.

My mother is hearing impaired, whoever was working the drive thru was highly unprofessional & extremely rude to my mother. Asking her 3 times to go back to the machine to order, when she stated she was deaf she was asked again. She eventually just left without ordering. I called to speak to the manager & just got a rude, unprofessional guy who raised his voice at me.. I eventually hung up after he said the general manager would be there in the morning. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single time you order they make you drive out of the drive thru and park up front so their timers reflect that they are performing quickly. My order is usually missing something or has the wrong item completely.

My bf and I are traveling across the country and stopping at this BK is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in all of the BK’s across the U.S. I’ve ever stopped at. I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese croissan’wich and 2 sausage egg cheese croissan’wich with 2 orange juices. First this place wasn’t even busy but this poorly managed BK was ALL disarray!!! The kids working under the manager (Rosie) had NO LEADERSHIP and every order was getting messed up. I waited nearly 10 minutes before they even bothered to take my order. Then waited another 25 minutes and still didn’t have my order. Secondly and this was a big one, the manager (Rosie) wasn’t even wearing gloves while handling food. I witnessed her touching cooking appliances, then with bare hands she was handling meat patties, lettuce, onion etc. after I got tired of waiting and watching the very unsanitary food practices I decided I wanted a refund. I confronted the manger about handling food without gloves and she stated that she washes her hands frequently – DOES NOT MATTER plus the entire time I was there I not once saw her wash her hands before touching anything – THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION! The general manager of store #28543 needs to get this place in compliance with food safety and a manager that knows how to delegate work to employees and have the ability to run a high traffic store smoothly. This was such a poor experience I’m glad it was just a one time stop as we were passing through. I wouldn’t give this place even 1 star nor would I ever return unless this has a complete turn around in management and food safety practices.

Was the only car in the drive-thru, felt like the girl at the window was a little rude but nothing to serious. We were asked to park and wait for our food. After waiting for over 20 minutes a girl brought our food and read off the receipt what it was. After getting home we realized food was missing, so I tried calling and the only number they have posted is an #800 to customer service. Then customer service couldn’t give me a refund because she kept the receipt in her hand. Terrible!
