Okay, so I was craving an eggnormous burrito. The staff was very friendly the food was what I expected the problem that I had is with the automated AI order taking thing this is my second time to this location and experiencing it and to be honest with you I probably most likely will not ever go back. It seems to work well, and maybe if you were just ordering a number two with a drink, it would be fine. but when you try to tell it that you don’t want the sauce and it puts on there no picante sauce, sometimes the people in the back still put the sauce on the burrito. this time, I drove up to the window and told the guy at the window what I needed to be removed from the burrito. I don’t know, maybe I’m getting old it’s just frustrating.

This was by far the worst experience in my life they got my order wrong. Went back to fix it they got it wrong again. Went back a third time and STILL got it wrong SMDH. The food was greasy. My daughter couldn’t even eat her eggnormous burrito it was so slimy and mushy. I’m appalled by this restaurant. I worked fast food for 13 years so I know what service should be If I could give it no stars I would. This is what her burrito looked like I didn’t get my food so I can’t post a picture

They put buffalo sauce on what was supposed to be a chicken parmesan sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Number is out of service too, so I couldn’t even call them to talk about my order.

Update: they said in the store that their number is wrong, hopefully that means they’re working to fix it. They apologized for the mistake and took care of getting me a new sandwich the next day with my receipt.

I tried going through the drive-through. It was some robot AI. Made it soo slow to order. When ordering the drinks. It’ll say, “Got it!” Then, when I order something else, it’ll tell me that the drink i got is unavailable. When i pick something else, it’ll say, “Got it!” Again Then say it is unavailable when trying to add something else to the order. I tried 4 different drinks, and all were unavailable. Tried asking what drinks it had available only for it to give me the generic list of drinks. Most of which was unavailable when trying to oder them. I was in this drive-through for 15 ish minutes because it was so slow to respond, and there was a big line behind me. I just got irritated and canceled the whole thing and left.

The staff were very nice and it was nice being at a fast food chain where the staff didn’t make me feel like my presence was a bother. I dined inside and my food took a little longer than usual, but it was worth it, because everything came out super hot and fresh. So yes, worth the wait. Thank you, BK team!

My friend doesn’t get excited about much,but he was impressed with the whopper, what was so good about it I asked. He said it was put together just right,all in order and placed right on top of each other,not just slapped on hanging out sides. Whoever did that keep it up, deserve a raise. Been eating whoppers for 50 years.

Everything was okay two thing that I hate was the cashier and the food nothing is wrong about it is that they forgot the Cheese second thing is that the last time I came here I was with my mom and then ordered my food with my mom asked everything I ordered my meal then the never gave me my cup this happened commanly kind of mad because I got a meal never gave a drink I don’t like complaining my mom told me I should go get my cup but I said no because I don’t like complaining but I said why not complainin calmly I told the cashier where is my cup I never got one can I get my cup that I ordered let me tell you something he looked tierd with airpods so I came up said the same thing I told you after I did he give me my cup but slammed the cup on the table and went back to looking at his phone and also I forgot to mention that we were the only people here I don’t why he was angry it barley gets customers but like a average if I was that guy I would have been nicely pretty mean guy but started being calm good thing
