The cashier was very friendly. After ordering, we took our children to the play place and it was freezing cold. I asked if they could make it a little warmer. When the employee asked a manager to adjust the temperature the manager refused. He later asked again but the thermostat was never adjusted. Going into the main lobby you could feel the heat blowing as soon as you walked in from the play area. Even the restrooms were really warm. So why did they refuse to turn the heat on so children can play comfortably? It makes absolutely no sense.

This is the star of the show. I just ordered my food at this location at 10:07 PM August 7, 2025 and I just wanna say whoever made my shake 10 out of 10 promotion right now it’s the best shake I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. It taste like a gingerbread shake, even though I got chocolate Oreo shake it was so amazing. it’s gone now, but I just needed to come on here and say that because whoever made my shake today needs to get promoted right now they did their best work 10 stars for me.

I was told 15 minutes to make a whopper. Then having trouble with the machine that makes the whoppers……. Ummmm try making them with your hands not with a machine. Huge gaming tv on side tables almost takes half of the table

Probably the worst run BK I have ever been to. I walked in and stood at the register for what seemed like forever while multiple employees just looked at me and stood around talking and joking. This place needs new management to hire more professional people. The restaurant was also dirty with trash everywhere and sticky floors.

They ALWAYS overcook the jalapeno cheddar bites! Nothing like a $2 order to hollow dough! Then when you try to call them about it, it just switches to an answering service that isn’t set up. Very professional for such a large corporation.

They always have great deals especially if you have their app lots of coupons in there

The food here is consistent, always fresh and hot. If you watch their specials or have coupons you can get some great deals. The drive thru is easy to maneuver and the order board is large and easy to read and find what you are looking for. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is also a good sized parking lot with handicap spots near the door
