Went to burger’s kings drive through and ordered 2 chicken sándwiches and 2 regular fries I forgot to mentioned that I had coupon, this Wednesday 28 2023.I arrived at the drive through Window in 30 second no car in front of me ,I was told you need to tell us that you have a coupon, but I told burger’s kings lady that I forgot she said it was okay she closed the Window, 3 minutes later another burger’s kings lady opens the drive through Window with coupon in hand with high lighted wording of coupon saying procedures for ordering, I was frustrated with them and told burger’s king lady to keep the food . They lost a Customer I went across the street to jack and box.

We had ordered six burgers, four chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounders. When we headed home we were missing a quarter pounder, which happens, so we decided to call. Nancy had picked up and asked for our order, pulled it up and confirmed we had ordered six burgers in total. So she apologized and said if we were able to come and pick up another burger, which I had some errands to run so I said it would be in the next hour. I had showed up and she apologized once again and had my order made right then and there. She made sure it was done accordingly and when she handed me the bag, I was craving a milkshake so I was wondering if I could order again since it was slow. She had it done on the house and said apologized again for the missing burger. That’s how managing and accounting is done, when an order goes wrong which happens, it’s how it’s handled afterwards that makes it right. I really appreciate Nancy for being helpful, understanding, and making sure she manages correctly. Great service!

Wouldn’t call it fast, but I ate it so it’s technically food. Very hit and miss. Down to 1 star. Wouldn’t take care only cash and when they do that be sure to count the change before you leave because they stole money from me. And they didn’t provide a receipt.
