It’s late at night El Pollo Loco has a crazy long line, so I decided to go to Burger King paid $16.00 for a #2 and your employees can’t even get the order correct? I get home tired & ready to eat my meal when I realized I never got my coke with my order. Check the cameras around 10:30PM on 2/27/26. Very disappointed.

Disappointing experience at this Burger King located on Ball rd and Anaheim. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a Grubhub order. After receiving my food and pulling forward, my customer asked for two ranch packets. Since I couldn’t back up due to vehicles behind me, I decided to circle around and saw the manager, Luis, outside preparing to go in. I asked if he could grab the ranches for me. He requested to see the receipt, which I gladly provided. Upon reviewing it, he said the ranches would cost 25 cents each and that they don’t give them out for free. I then pulled out 50 cents and asked if he could get them for me. He refused and told me to go through the drive-thru again, which took an additional 15 minutes to reach the window and pay for the ranches. I told him he should have gone the extra mile for his customers, but he claimed he couldn’t do it for safety reasons. I guess the two ranch packets would have “exploded” if he went the extra mile. Burger King managers should read “The One Minute Manager,” as some people shouldn’t be in management roles. A small decision like this could have generated more future profits for Burger King. My business is growing, and once I reach catering status, I’ll be taking my business to their competitors. Future profits lost over one small decision! I also informed my customer, who was appalled by the manager’s attitude and lack of initiative, to consider ordering from a different Burger King in the future. Burger King just lost 5 customers over 2 packets of ranch and a manager who lacked both the initiative and a teamwork attitude.

I can’t believe the medium size meal is their small or regular size. I paid $14 bucks for this. I was hungry that’s the only reason i ordered it. Don’t think imma come back here anymore. The food was good. The order was correct. Burger had to much mayo. Everytime I took a bite I found myself dodgeging drops. I guess imma stick to the value meal.
Google time was Misleading. The restaurant is closed before 10pm. I found that out after traveling for 20 minutes. Restaurant was completely shut down.

Forced to order via even after explaining we wanted customizations that aren’t available using that horrific system. They laughed and didn’t care, will go across the street to McDonald’s from now on as the service is way below anything considered acceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE AND SUPPORT THEYRE BUSINESS! I was there yesterday and they scammed me from paying two orders when I had a coupon. I tried cancelling one of them, but the employee made up a lot of bs saying that the order for me wasn’t mine. I have never been his mad at a fast food place until now, and I HOPE this location goes down soon.

Burger King never fails me with the taste. The beef is juicy and yummy. I love the portion of the servings. I really love whopper Jr, tastes good and good size for me. My husband got a double whopper and he loves it. ❤️
