Long line at the drive-thru movied quickly. The AI that took our order was great: easy to understand and quick understand what we wanted.
The person at the window was wonderful as well. We received our complete order promptly with plenty of condiments and napkins.
The food was warm and very tasty when we got it home. There is something about a Burger King Whopper that sets it apart. I didn’t realize how much I missed having a Whopper until now. We tried the Crispy Tacos and were quite pleased. Chicken Nuggets are good as well. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed by the fries.

The assistant manager PILAR was EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn’t greet me at allshe simply walked up to the window and barked out my total, $25.61. When she handed me my shake, all of the chocolate syrup was sitting untouched at the bottom. I asked her, “Do you all not mix the shakes?” She insisted that they did mix them, so I showed her the shake to make it clear the syrup hadn’t been mixed at all. Her response? A snappy, “Fine, I’ll mix it again,” dripping with attitude.

I asked her why she was being so rude, and instead of acknowledging it, she denied everything even though it was obvious to anyone with eyes and ears. At that point I told her never mind. When she handed me the rest of my food, I asked for her name. She responded that I “didn’t need to know her name” and then slammed the window in my face.

I was so shocked that I stayed at the window and began recording, because I genuinely could not believe how unprofessional and hostile she was. Then her manager came over and asked me what the problem was as if I was the one who caused the issue. I explained what happened, and she was completely dismissive. She even told me that any complaint would “come back to her anyway since they’re a franchise,” as if that somehow excuses treating customers with disrespect.

Apparently, because they’re a franchise, they think they can speak to people however they want and treat paying customers like an inconvenience. This meal wasn’t even for me it was for my disabled father, whom I visit from another city, and I try to bring him a small treat once a week. This is what he requested, and instead I had to deal with this ridiculous, unprofessional behavior.

I will NEVER return to this Burger King, or any Burger King, ever again.

It’s 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday. I had an online order, I decided I wanted to go inside to pick it up since the drive-thru line was so long. To my surprise the front doors were locked even though the sign says they close the dining room at 9:00 p.m.

I want to say thank you to Raymond and the other sweet woman working the drive through today! They both had excellent customer service and a little kindness and good work does a long way! I appreciate it!

(Drive thru) Was greeted by a robot to order not a problem that’s fine. Placed my order and went to pay, Waited for atleast a minute while the either male or female worker with the bonnet was showing something on their phone to the larger older lady Pilar. Pilar was also touching the screen on this phone. She looked like manager after I received my food I asked Pilar if it’s normal for them to be on their phones. She gets extremely hostile and throws her hands up angrily and taps her false nails at me. Screaming “Did you see me on my phone? Did you see me on my phone? But did you see me on my phone?” I explained to her that this location has been shut down by the health department before due to what I believe was cockroaches. I did informed her (since she was unaware and the manager, both concerning) that being on a personal phone while serving food is a major health violation. Also the extreme aggression that Pilar had was unacceptable she needs to be spoke to. I expect more from an older woman managing a place. You get paid at least $20 an hour you can follow health code procedures and not threaten customers with violent motions when asked a question Pilar.

Pulled up at 7:45pm. Wanted to walk inside and not feel rushed at the drive through, but the lobby was locked up tight. The sign says the lobby was supposed to be open until 9pm. Lazy workers dont want to do their job I guess. Thanks for reminding me why we haven’t been to a burger king in almost 2 years!

After years of not eating Burger King I decided to try it once more after seeing they finally revamped the building. Well to my surprise after 10+ years this place still smells like sewage inside, my appetite instanlly went away and so did I.

So dissatisfied. There were extra items on the screen that I did not order and when I informed the guy, his response was, “I know what I did”. I did not receive the right burget, fries cold and plain.

This place is horrible. They have the worst customer service ever. If it wasn’t the closest BK near me I would never go here. I had a bad experience with a rude manager a few years ago and stopped going. I gave them another chance tonight and whoever Kate is.. was super rude for no reason. They couldn’t fill my online order which sucks but I didn’t get upset.. but Kate did lol. She was rude and hostile from jump for no reason. I just wanted to make sure I got the same amount I paid for and had a few questions and she immediately got annoyed and snappy. On top of that they messed up my entire order and she was mad and wanted to argue about that too. Fix your attitude Kate.. or get another job you miserable person.

I usually go through the drive thru to get food and the one time I decided to go in to get my food….it smelled absolutely horrible in there!!! I don’t know how people where eating their food in their with that smell???? but after smelling how horrible it was I left. I will never step foot in their or the drive thru and spend my time and money on a business selling food with a smell that rancid!!! it’s beyond disgusting!!! and ridiculous!!! and they should be very ashamed for remaining open.
