It’s never fails the Man in the morning Hispanic that works there might be the supervisor I would say his name, but I don’t have a receipt to blast him. It is very disrespectful. This is not the first time he has no home training. He seems like he’s very upset all the time and I can see why he has a blush shot in his eye Worst Customer Service if I had to write it, I wouldn’t even give it a one it never fails. The guy is very rude and disrespectful. He has no home training. I don’t even know why he’s a manager or even working Customer Service find something else.

Told my 70 year old mother that he doesn’t have the key to the bathroom when she had to go. Poor service, not the first time we’ve had rude experiences with workers at this location either. Not sure if he was the manager or not but it was an older man she said.

Just not a cool experience. The food is just okay but the service was not great. The lady at the counter seemed put upon helping the customers. Wasn’t very busy at this location at the time we were there. Anyway, not the worst place but it used to be better.

Employ do not want to help you out in the counter even though you have problems with the kiosk and store hours says they close at 12:00 pm. Employees say they close at 9:00pm.

Extremely rude guy working at the drive thru. He was looking at me speaking and I said huh and he responded I’m not talking to you I’m talking to the headset in an extremely rude way. This is the second time this dude has been rude to me.

The manager ricardo talked to me with an attitude and was very rude when I wanted to order he sent me to the kiosk but I’m not good with those screens I can’t use them. I won’t be coming back it’s a shame people like that get hired.

I wanted to get the new flame and flight combo because it looked so good in the pictures but when i received it the meal didn’t come with half of the things it was supposed to come with. I didn’t get the Viking chocolate Sunday which i was most excited for or the fiery dragon mozzarella sticks. I was so disappointed about this. The only good thing i have to say is that the burger was good. This is a scam!!!
