I visited this Burger King two times and every time it’s clean. They really deserve their A-status of cleanliness!
Both time I dined in. Not busy on both times. Orders were correct and quickly ready. Nothing to complain about this Burger King!

I have ordered my favorite Double whopper meal and was disappointed by the size of a whopper. First I thought they confused my order as the burger didn’t even look close
to the size the regular double whopper looks, it wasn’t tall either and it didn’t have tomatoes.
I go to different Burger Kings and I know what to expect when I order double whopper.
Believe me, it Was NOT it! Not by size not by look!!! The owner just use that particular size bun was the answer!!!
But then isnt it a chain???? BURGER KING!
So the standards should be the same!

Its a fast food restaurant, however, its kept clean, fresh and tidy. When they don’t mess up your order, which does happen from time to time. However staff is always friendly. The food is good, what I’d expect from Burger King.

Inconsistent great taste, the quality of food items/meat in tacos, very old food in food items, very bad customer interaction. Sometimes the food is great, but it doesn’t compensate for the lack of care and attentiveness when orders are either placed or when food is given out. It is NOT like other burger kings by far.

In the last few months the food quality has gotten considerably worse. in addition, its more expensive, about $15 for a whopper meal and a coke. Worse still, if you ask for them to leave off the cheese or other items, they will just ignore it and serve you what they serve everyone.

I went through the drive through and only one car was ahead. I ordered a Jr. burger and onion rings and a medium water. I get to the take out window and I was told the water was $3.00. No burger was ready and I asked for onion rings and the receipt said fries. I said I didn’t order fries and the agent said: “Calm down I will get the onion rings”. The bun tasted funny, the onion rings had onion flavor but no onion was visible. In essence it was not good customer relations, service or food experience.

We all love a good whopper! I pre-ordered & then I arrived. I stood by the p/u counter. I could see our order in the warm waiting area. My kids used the bathroom, and in order to get a bathroom code, you had to be a customer. So…I wait for someone to acknowledge me. My kids and husband used the restroom. Finally an employee acknowledged me. Hands me my food bags. No drink cups. Then asked for those. The burger I ordered was missing toppings that I paid extra for. Then we waited for those. All the food was delicious. Just frustrated.

I’ve gone to Burger King in the past and I haven’t had the best experience either way. I usually don’t go to Burger King. I would prefer to go to McDonald’s or anywhere else. This interaction that I had with the cashier in the drive-through yesterday I believe her name was Savannah. She was rude overall. She had told me what my total was and when I went to go and pay, she decided to leave the window open, start taking another customers order through the mic and then proceeded to have multiple conversations with different coworkers before just putting the card reader out the window, not talking to me at all. Also, when she gave me my food, she just handed me the bag without talking to me without any type of customer service. Also, I ordered two ice cream cones and it was the same way the way that she was handing it off to me. She didn’t bother saying anything to me besides telling me my total at the beginning and that was it. Customer service really has gone down from Burger King .
