This location always seems to get my order correct and customer service is usually decent. On this occasion I believe they had a new employee in training. He seemed to not know the menu which is understandable but they got my order incorrect. I always order the same thing, this time they forgot my toddler’s apple juice..needless to say she wasn’t happy and neither was I. By the time I noticed we were already back on the road, didn’t want to go back in the middle of rush hour traffic.

Went through drive through with a coupon for 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers, I got home only to realize they can’t read a receipt and forgot a whole 3 burgers from my order never going back to this location again! The drive thru line was crazy long so I decided to park and go inside to pickup my mobile order, the main entrance to the restaurant was blocked with cones so I had to go around to the side of the building to get inside. Was quite busy when I went there but food was great.

I love burger king but this place has the rudest employees.
There are 2 restrooms in the lobby, and it’s busy. I came in ordered my food and when I tried to use the restroom the female employee says “no, you can’t use this. Its for employees only.” So I asked her where is the sign that says that? And all she said is “I’m sorry, you can’t use it.”
Thats BS. So I gotta sit here, peeing myself because they decided to dedicate one of the bathrooms for employees only???
I wouldn’t be mad if there was proper signage saying its for employees. But seriously, why have 2 bathrooms in the lobby if the PEOPLE PAYING TO EAT HERE can’t use them??

I see some people stating the service is bad and rude employees. While I’m not saying they’re wrong but I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 20 years and have always received great service.
The one negative is the drive thru lane because it’s kinda awkward as you can enter either from Mission Ave or Escondido which can cause you to block a parked car. I don’t think this can be fixed so I’m not going to hold it against them

Gear up this place doesn’t have an employee that takes your order. I’m guess that the new normal here in California. Of course I input my order incorrectly. Stuck like shopper at a Walmart self check out where’s the help? One of the employees pulled off their position when they saw me struggling. Got though that hurdle and got my food and next time I’ll use the Drive-thru

I went last night and ordered an original chicken sandwich NEVER AGAIN !!!! I have ordered the sandwich in the past and had no issues, until last night . See photos that looks nothing like the original chicken sandwich I normally get and I am now sick to my stomach literally just threw up . Clearly that is not chicken and if it is then there off there rocker . Be careful with what u order and make sure it’s right .
