I just spent 20 minutes in the drive through to order a trio. They were out of one of my items and could not begin to understand that I don’t want to pay double for extra things I didn’t ask for so I had to leave with no food. I understand everyone needs work, but their employees regularly seem to be unable to function or comprehend basic speech. They usually get my order wrong but I have come to accept that this location will never even have subpar customer service but the worst.

Tina & I went to get a quick sandwich but the wait time was long. Too long in fact. We ordered though and our food was hot and fresh… Tasted great! That was the only highlight. Tina had the chicken sandwich but it was gone before photos were taken. I had a double hamburger.

I stopped by a free weeks ago and the toilet was full of crap. They took forever to clean it up. Decided to give them another shot. Place our order and they never have us our drinks. Went to ask for them and she told me we can share one. I wanted an ice tea, my boyfriend ordered the crabby patty meal and wouldn’t give him his pineapple drink. Paying $40 for some “cheap” burgers and have to share a beverage when we paid for two.

Also refused to give the marinara sauce even though it’s on the receipt.

Even if you didn’t dine inside, simply seeing the Burger King featured in the iconic film Back to the Future is a cinematic experience in itself. Nestled in the backdrop of Hill Valley, this familiar fast-food joint serves as more than just a setting – it’s a slice of nostalgia that transports viewers back to the 1980s, a time when neon lights and retro charm reigned supreme.

As you catch a glimpse of Marty McFly zooming past in his DeLorean, you can’t help but feel a sense of excitement at the sight of the Burger King sign looming large in the background. It’s a testament to the enduring appeal of this beloved chain and its place in pop culture history.

And while you may not have had the chance to taste the flame-grilled goodness for yourself, the mere presence of Burger King in Back to the Future is enough to evoke memories of simpler times – a time when a Whopper and fries were the ultimate comfort food, and a trip to the drive-thru was a highlight of any road trip.

So even if you didn’t have the chance to step inside, the Burger King featured in Back to the Future holds a special place in the hearts of fans everywhere. It’s a reminder of the power of film to capture moments – both big and small – that resonate with audiences for generations to come.

I went to pick up my order and they gave it to me in a sealed bag so I assumed everything was in there when I got home there was only one sandwich in the bag instead of 2. This is ridiculous. When I called she had the audacity to tell me to drive back to pick up the 2nd sandwich when I was already home!! Your employees should do a better job of paying attention to the tickets that come in! This is why I stick to McDonald’s. Will never order from here again. They should be doing their job correctly.

This Burger King messed my order up after waiting almost 20 minutes in drive thru.

Never come back again.

I just love this Burger King on Victory Blvd! It’s where the famous 1985 movie Back to the Future was filmed at. It was a scene where Marty McFly catches a ride on the back of a blue truck while riding his skateboard on the way to Hill Valley School. And my chicken sandwich combo meal was delicious!

This is a nice Burger King. And very clean as well. Everyone that works there are very nice and friendly. I went in there just for fries and there were a few people in front of me and after. But, it did take a while for me to get my order. I had to go and ask about it because others after me with larger orders got theirs before me. But, that could have been because, although the inside was relatively empty, the drive through seemed to be extremely busy. All in all, I would still recommend this place.
