The fries were so hot. I mean, they were, like, literally. Just came out of the gut of the fryer. The people were very, very nice and you know, we didn’t go in, but we ordered the with a cute one even which was great price with the coupon. We had 2 meals. 2 large meals with the whopper meals. Double Patty for 1599 included a large drink. This thing came in the mail and you know, these things are like $15. Each usually so we saved a good money and it was so good. It was so good. Everything was so piping hot because they weren’t busy at all. It was Halloween night.
And as you see In my pictures, we got each a Burger King hat as our costume. And we took Burger King pictures in our costume. We were both kings that night at the Burger King. We were king, so I’d clearly suggest you know going there. I mean, this was a good one. I haven’t been in this one in a long time up on Canoga, but it was fabulous. Couldn’t say anything bad about this place. The price that we had with the coupon was wonderful. The service we had was wonderful. The food was wonderful because it really was and I ate all my French fries before I even got hung. Of course, because it was that good. That’s it, so he was very nice. He was cute the way she was well. You want a hat? And then I told her, we got her hats, and she’s in room, you know. She said it was good. I took some pictures on the way out. I just wanted to let you guys all know. This is a good place to go.

It’s 10:30 pm Sunday night. I hate writing bad reviews and affecting employees negatively but this definitely deserves one. Employee rude on the order microphone and I said ok well it’s burger king night drive through. But when I got my impossible burger and asked for 1 marinara sauce on the side he said: why?. I said what do you mean why? He said it’s ond burger why are you asking for marinara sauce? I said are you sure you are asking me why I am asking for suce on the side? He said yes it’s 25 cents. I kept looking at him in shock! He threw this arms in the air and walked away. What happened to simple common decency and respect? I am not asking for smiles or how are you. Just don’t be rude!

The food here is absolutely amazing — everything was incredibly tasty and fresh. The staff is super polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It was honestly a pleasure to be here. The atmosphere felt comfortable, the service was fast, and the whole experience left a really positive impression. This Burger King is definitely one of the best.

The manager , Martin was rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. When I asked a simple question about my order, he just said “This is what it is” and refused to assist, telling me to use the app instead. Even leaving his manager’s name didn’t make him any more professional. Really disappointing and not at all friendly.

Just picked up two Jack-o-lantern whoppers and sincerely it was the best whoppers we’ve had in a long time. Service was very quick and friendly too. The bat nuggets were pretty solid as well.

Today I went on my lunch and I clearly asked for a Double whopper with cheese, and Large. I even repeated my self because it was to low for what he was charging me for $14.65. He then said yes that’s your meal but when I put my hand in the bag and I see a jr cheeseburger I told him to fix it .. then here came another girl and I am assuming she was the manager, she charged me another $7 dollars I told her why just 7 dollars more if she’s charging me the difference she actually charge me for the double by it self I ask her for all the receipts she keeps charging me for then she refused to give me my receipt and close the window I waited 5 min still and she keep ignoring me and close the window. I was in my lunch so I had to leave, it’s unacceptable how she dealt with the situation and still didn’t change my fries to the right size which eventually got cold after the situation. I will not return to this place if they feel miserable at work and can’t work they should stay home! Burger King will never be the same having her customer service working there!!!!

The staff are very friendly the only reason I gave 4 stars is because most times I go there the wait is quite a bit longer than would be expected. But the staff are friendly and the order is always correct.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Martin at Burger King. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no patience or courtesy. His behavior made the visit uncomfortable and frustrating.

Everyone at this location is extremely rude. They’re always having a bad day. I didn’t even order my food. I ended up leaving just because from the start of taking an order they are rude.
