I ordered the SpongeBob Whopper box through the Burger King app, and I paid for two boxes. When I went to pick up my order, they only tried to give me one box. I showed them my receipt and the proof of the charge from my bank, and the employee was very rude. He tried to insinuate that he was “giving me a free box,” just because it wasn’t showing up in their system. That is extremely disrespectful. Whatever errors their system is showing are not my problem — I paid the full amount online.
I was made to feel as if I was trying to scam them, when I clearly had all the proof of my purchase. The service was very unpleasant, judgmental, and unprofessional. They didn’t even take the time to investigate before accusing me. I left feeling very uncomfortable and I would never come back to this location. I do not recommend it

Always stop here when coming from Los Angeles driving up north. Very quick to serve your meal and super nice. They have this place always very clean. Restrooms always clean.

Absolutely WORST Burger King ever! I ordered $98 worth of food. 6 burgers, 2 fries, nuggets, and jalapeño bites and asked for 6 sauces and they refused to give it to me without charging me 25 cents each sauce. Are you kidding me? Will never be going back. And food is never good anyway.

Stopped for breakfast. No one in the restaurant and only one person that I saw go through the drive thru. Took a minute for anyone greet us. Ordered a Sausage Biscuit with Egg, Hash Browns and a five piece Waffle Sticks. Sticks was a good description. They looked nothing like bread. The flavor was not very good. The Sausage was dry and Biscuit was stale. I understand now as to why it was empty. The few people I did see go in used the restroom and left.

I had not visited Burger King in a while and had not intended too when I got off the freeway, but it was located conveniently at the exit so I stopped in. It was not crowded, service was quick and the food was pretty good. My wife and granddaughter loved thicker and ample number of fries in the small serving. I like the sweetened (with sugar, not HFCS) tea that was flavorful and not over sweetened.

We went thru the drive thru and ordered. We got the food fast and customer service was great. Although we got the wrong sandwich, they took back the mistake and fixed it correctly very quickly. Very happy with them.

Stopped in for a meal along the way. Went to the restrooms and they were filthy. 3 stalls and only one had paper. There was blood on the floor and not 1, but 2 pairs of discarded underwear. I wasn’t about to trust the food. Never again.

The food was hot, we ordered on the kiosk but had difficulty finding the tacos so the gal behind the counter was useless as far as assistance goes. She asked the other lady working the window with her headset on about it and she shouted the tacos weren’t on the menu on the kiosk. We kept scrolling and found them, the girls need training. Goes without saying. There may have been one other customer on our visit but besides that it was empty. The ladies restroom was clean.

I received everything except the impossible burger.
Only he didn’t get to eat anything and I feel bad for him.
