I have never eaten indoors at this location, always use the drive-thru. The people helping you on the speaker are normally nice and patient. I feel like the food has been getting better and better at Burger King. While most restaurants are micro-sizing and getting less for food for more money, Burger King makes you feel that it is worth what you paying for, with well-prepared Burgers filled with all the goodies and a very tasty flavor too.

First of, this particular B K location has to be the cleanest and most modern B K location I’ve ever seen in Southern California. With that said, I do not understand how Burger King is still in business. It is beyond mind boggling!!! While the burgers were much superior in quality than McDonald’s. The key word is WERE! Their food is a MEDIOCRE version of their delicious past. What a shame! I wouldn’t mind so much if they had reasonable prices but they are just downright RIDICULOUS!!!

Went in to savor that “Flame Broiled” taste. The restaurant was clean and there was no line. I stepped right up to the counter and was greeted with a smile and “welcome to Burger King”. I had a $5 coupon for two “Whopper Jr.” which included two fries and two drinks. Not a bad deal. So while they cook my burgers I got the drinks. Five minutes later my order was ready. It was to go and once I got it home it was delicious.

MELANIE is rude and unprofessional. Placed a mobile order, picked up via drive thru, got home and realized I was given a completely different order. An inconvenience but, I understand mistakes happen. I make the drive back and explain that I received the wrong order. “Come to the window”. I pull up, and Melanie rolls her eyes, shoves the bag at me and walks away. I immediately call over the manager, Melissa, who apologizes on her behalf for the rude attitude that we experienced.

They have the worst service, have to wait over 5 mins to be help. They need a new manager that know how to run a restaurant and make the employees hustle get to work. The place looks dirty. They need more employees cooking the food.
