Hubby went to get breakfast this morning around 7:20 and he got us sausage croissants and took his to work. I think mine was okay but his sandwich had multiple hair on it and was NASTY! it looked like it was placed there ON PURPOSE! There’s no way whoever made the sandwich didn’t see it! Do better BK on your hiring process. This is unacceptable.

Can’t seem to get notes included when ordering through Uber eats. Rodeo double cheeseburger ordered with bacon added which was shown on the tag when delivered but no Bacon on burger. Mozzarella fries ordered and instead of getting 8, I got 7.5.

I stopped by this Burger King minutes before closing, and I could tell that the crew was busy trying to get the store cleaned up and ready to close. I asked the dude if they were still open, and he was like, “Yeah, what can I get you?” It was nearly midnight, and this dude just wanted to end his day, but he was still super friendly, and cooked me up the hottest, juiciest Original Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever had. Much appreciation and respect.

Today I tried to change a burger I got 2 days ago that was cool cold when I bought it. I was driving to get on the fwy and I took a bite and the mushroom was cold. Not what I was expecting. I’m expecting hot food, a hot burger. I couldn’t turn around as I had an appointment.
Today I am in the area.
I tried to exchange it but the older lady, her name is Patte I was told. she is close to 65 years old, said no. I waited too long for the exchange.
So today they lost money as I wanted to add to my order with a HOT BURGER.
I will come back everyday to meet with a manager so they will do the right thing. It doesn’t matter it’s been 2 days. I have a receipt.
So I’m off to Jack in the Box a block away. Or Burger Habit or In n Out or Del Taco or …… so many options .They have burgers too!
Patte is not a good person or manager in my opinion dealing with customers.
And the funny thing is, she knows me. She knows I’ve come into this restaurant for 2 years, spending money. She refused to give me a $5.00 hot burger BECAUSE I AM WHITE. It’s that simple.
So we will see if another manager does the right thing in the next few days. And what difference does it make that it’s been 2 days? None. The burger shows I took 1 bite. Still in its wrapper and bag. It was such a turn off to bite into a cold mushroom.
We shall see if this review about this awful employee matters.
I think also which is very interesting, is she doesn’t care about this review. She didn’t care that a customer who comes often was turned away. She doesn’t care about customers especially whites. This review means nothing to her. She knows there will be no consequences to her. Nothing will happen to her. The owner of this Burger King will lose money, not her. ❤️

2 weeks ago, my family and I went to BK in Monrovia to grab something to eat before church. My wife ordered a whopper combo. About half way through her meal, she felt sick and started to feel nauseous. 1 week after that I ordered a whopper combo meal (on a Saturday) and I stated to feel sick instantly. I started to feel nauseated, had a high fever of 103 (for 3 days) and had to be bedridden and I had to miss work. I believe I was food poisoned. I’m still recovering from this meal. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Didn’t even get to order. Tried ordering the mix n match ON THE MENU and the older lady on drive thru started yelling at me telling me she understands now what drink do I want. I said I don’t want the 14.99 I just want sandwiches and she was livid. She used up all 30+ years of her BK experience built up and let me have it. I just laughed and said we will pass through. A lot of the positive reviews look a little sketchy…. it’s always empty too so you know they hurting… get better staffing.
