I have been coming here for many years. Food is alright. The atmosphere is fantastic. The girls there and the guys are very sweet and kind. I do got to give props to Maria Rodriguez. She is very nice and quick. I love how great she is at handling both register and drive thru. That must be a challenge. I would loose my mind. Well, anyway. I just needed to say this. My family and I really enjoy going there. My mom is also a big fan. Her favorite are the chicken fries.

No air conditioning in the playground area. Nice place, clean easy to park. Good place to get ice cream with chocolate sauce and cookies and play.

The worst costumer service I saw ever in fast food restaurants. Cashier Ricardo was racist and arrogant in his attitude. Also his manager Jose was Without personality and can’t make any decision. Because of their attitude, I will not advise any one to go this branch at all. There are many BK around it.

I love BK for the most part, but this location is franchised and is more expensive than most. They usually don’t run the same promotions as BK Corp or other locations. The food is just okay.
The service is not up to Bk’s standards. Not friendly and do not acknowledge customers in a timely manner inside the location.
That has been my experience any.
I don’t go there anymore. And they Do Not Except EBTs hot food programs ( which help seniors, the disabled, and mother’s or families that are low income ). That is not very Community Friendly⁉️
It’s also not very Smart, because not only would that be Community Oriented…It would also Improve their Business.

I ordered a Whooper with Cheese extra mayo and Large fry. I asked if I could get some tartar sauce in a cup on the side. The cashier said no I couldn’t. I told her to cancel my order. She lost a sale because she doesn’t know customer satisfaction. What is the harm in that???

I don’t write many reviews, but sometimes when you see employees go out of there way to help. You should say something. I have been coming here for a long time and really have to say how amazing the employees are. Maria Rodriguez is so nice and very respectful. It’s crazy on how she manages both dinning and the drive thru orders. A she helps me at the drive thru and customers in the dinning area are asking her questions as she is trying to help me. That must be very difficult to manage at the same time. Unfortunately, some customers don’t have manners and get upset. But she maintains a very positive attitude even whe the customer is sometimes yelling. Either way, I enjoy my visits everytime. Thank you Maria & Staff for the smiles everytime I go, and let me tell you I go more often then I need too. See you very soon! ❤️

Horrible experience at this location. The customer service was beyond unbelievable… they took about 5 mins of me standing next to the register to take my order and there were no cars or other clients. One of the employees had just mopped as we were entering and the floor was very slippery. Why would you be mopping during dinner rush hour when people are out for food?
We specifically came to this location because my daughter likes to play on the little playground and just for our luck their kids play area is “closed for maintenance.”
The food was decent nothing special.
Avoid this Burger King at all costs.

My experience was all the way around horrible. Waited in line for 40 minutes to get my food. The soda tasted like carbination. Horrible customer service. Food was cold. The person doing the fries wasn’t wearing any gloves. I am contacting corporate. It was a complete clown show
