I ordered on the app and arrived at the franchise about 10 minutes later to find the side door closest to the parking was locked. After entering, it took them a minute to be acknowledged, and it was at this time that they put my order in. The bathroom was dirty, but I’ve seen worse, and you couldn’t wash your hands in the trickle coming out of the faucet. The other restroom had a handwritten sign on it the read, employees only. The dining room was disgusting. Nearly every table was filthy, and food/trash was all over the floors. An employee was on her break at one of the cleaner tables and saw the mess. It took another 20 minutes to receive my food, and I was the only person there. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any condiments, and I’m glad I didn’t order a drink as the coke machine was neglected. The new renovations appeared to be done hastily without precision or care.

After a game for i9 Sports this is a great celebration spot. The kids get a free ice cream cone and the soda machine is a hit because it has so many flavors.

Friendly service and helpful staff members. Good food cooked fresh to order. Good deals on the Burger King app and also coupons from the market ads flyer. Place is very clean and sanitary and parking lot is clean and neat landscape.

Everything is good except the sausage biscuit. IT’S ALWAYS BURNT. You bite into it and falls apart. I can’t enjoy the whole biscuit. Very disappointed. STILL BURNING THE SAUSAGE BISCUITS! WENT BACK AGAIN AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. DISAPPOINTED THAT THE WORKERS HASN’T FIXED THE PROBLEM

Went on International burger day, got a free bacon cheese burger wirh a $1 purchase. Hate to quibble with free. But the burger looked nothing like the picture on the website app. It was a small medallion patty inside the bun, no lettuce or tomato no bacon like the app photo….it was so salty, it was inedible which is odd bec the only source woukd have been the shrunken meat patty…..and yet was so salty the burger had to be thrown away. Thank goodness I got the half fries and half onion rings bec they were fine. And the jalapeño cheese poppers, also good.

WORST BK EVER! This location is over-priced from others, the workers coped an attitude when I tried to pay and when trying to explain a simple issue they roll their eyes and grunt. Even when leaving, I heard a customer saying the soda machine was completely out of soda (all flavors). I can understand that since they were “so busy” (see pictures). I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION
