Just got the new crispy onion whopper and didn’t receive the crispy. Lol. Order Service was great but the cook idk what he’s/ she’s doing. Totally failed the burger. No cheese, no crispy onions and the bottom patty was 1/3 gone with a smaller patty to fill the empty space of the bun. Lol. I don’t know what else to say about it but needs improvement.

Dirty, this place was packed. Waited 30 mins for my food and paid $42dls for two combos. Couldn’t wash my hands because there was no running water in the bathrooms. (they smell so bad, so nasty) They also missed my sauce and the food was terrible and cold. Never coming back here again. Wish I could get my money back. Slow service and angry people everywhere. Seeing trends in the reviews: mobile orders and customers who live in walking distance. I ordered mobile, burger was wrong. Parking is impacted in Hawthorne so I walked back. Got there a few minutes past when the dining room closes, so I called the restaurant and no one picked up. The dude who gave me the wrong order sees me— I show him my phone to signal I’m trying to call the store, and he motions for me to go around to the drive thru. HUH?!?—I understand safety and rules, but you, someone, anyone can’t try and pick up the phone first?!

I walk around, and say, my order is wrong, you really want me to wait here? “Yeah stand on the curb I’m going to finish this car first.” He had an attitude, & was looking at me like he wanted to fight. I asked for my order redone, & a cookie or something, because he put me in a super embarrassing and unsafe situation. “Yeah well, I don’t know about that…,” I explained that I’m not waiting in the drive thru, I asked for a manager whom which he said was on break—she let me wait inside while they remade my order, and she apologized profusely.

SUCKS this is the only local BK. This really pisses me off. Never coming back- the ladies who worked here were always nice to me.

Hot food is great, seems fresh. Do not go for ice cream 1 hour before they close the dine in. They start to clean the machine. I ordered a Hershey pie and Sunday cone the other day and they actually tried to give me the remnants of what was coming out of the machine. Then they said they could not give me an ice cream
And offered a refund or other item. When I tried to submit a review through the BK site it wasn’t accepting my code. For a remodeled building the fast food culture of closing before closing is still there. The ice cream machine isn’t working is another way to say they cleaned up the machine and are no longer serving any. Sad because it’s across the street from the park and we would frequent there for the summer.

Absolutely terrible, went here and the parking was bad, the place was crummy and had so much people and yelling. The bathrooms had no water and smelled horrible, another restroom was just locked, paid for the SpongeBob meal (40 dollars for a burger and fries with a drink) took an hour and the only good thing was the burger, didn’t get any sauces at all and the pie I ordered was just slop. Do better.

Surprise to find that a CSR at this Burger King was very helpful. Told her that I had problems before using the kiosk order system with coupons n she went out of her way to show me how to use it. Food was decent n it hit the spot.

Very disappointed I did not care to deal with the digital order but the individual that assistant mewas very impatient and quick to get my order in and out. She did not hand me the receipt but requested me to get it., food was fast ..too fast ..I was just filling my cup up and the red was out already the hash browns were cold.. overall I do not care to visit this location again. I typically don’t write a review but the way this individual just created an uncomfortable atmosphere just prompt me to do so. The restaurant was not even busy for someone to be rushed through with their meal or service.

I went to Burger King on Halloween day 2025. I wanted to try their Halloween menu. They were not selling it anymore!!! Why I asked they could not give me an answer that sucks I never go there and this made me mad too because my kids were very disappointed that they did not have the Halloween menu on Halloween never going there again!
