This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. When I walked into the Burger King in Gardena, the girl at the register told me, “I’m only taking drive-thru orders.” She didn’t look at me, greet me, or direct me on what to do next. That was already a terrible start. I eventually had to figure out on my own that I was supposed to use the self-ordering kiosk.

After placing my order, I waited about 5 minutes when another customer walked in upset. She explained that her drive-thru order was incorrect and had to be remade, which took around 20 minutes. After seeing that, I made sure to check my order when it finally came out.

My order was missing two burgers, so I went back inside to let them know. After that was corrected, I went to my car — but decided to check again just to be safe. That’s when I realized I was also missing two orders of fries and my desserts, forcing me to go back inside for a second time. The employee did not apologize at all and showed no concern for the inconvenience.

When I finally got home, things somehow got even worse. All of the food was wrong. The Whoppers had jalapeños on them, which we did not order, and everything was cold. By that point, my family and I were extremely angry and frustrated after everything we had already gone through.

The staff at this location is unfriendly, careless, and seems like they don’t want to be there. Customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in, and the repeated mistakes — including missing items, wrong ingredients, and cold food — are unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and experienced the same issues.

I’m very disappointed and will be contacting corporate so they can look into how this place is being managed. This location needs serious improvement, better leadership, and staff who actually care about their customers.

Yesterday, I ordered food from the Burger King App & I picked up my order through the drive-thru services.
I went to the “Burger King” fast food restaurant at the Gardena location.
When I arrived at the Burger King’s parking lot, it was empty. I went there around lunchtime, but it was not so busy.
I picked up my order at the drive-thru windows and I
came home.
I ordered the small hamburger combo.
The hamburger was of good quality.
It was a tasty & delicious hamburger.
I guess I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast in the morning so I was very hungry. I finished all of the
hamburger.
Anyway, this Burger King’s
location was very clean, organized, and also it was well-maintained.
I liked their good customer service and I enjoyed the
hamburger.

Do not come here for the drive-thru. They take more than 30 minutes to get orders out. They are extremely slow, it is crazy how slow they are. McDonald’s is busier and goes faster than here. I have come to this location twice, never again.

NOT fast food. I’ve always made sure to order online and arrive 5-10 minutes later, it’s never been ready. They take another 15 to get the order out.

They’re either understaffed or just take forever to get orders out, also seems to have a bit of a weird smell when you go in.

I went to the drive thru and order an original chicken sandwich combo with cheese. When I got home the sandwich came with just chicken and a bun, nothing else. This is the first time I’ve went to this location. What a bad experience.
