Unfortunately, my experience at Burger King was not pleasant at all. The manager was unfriendly and seemed to have no commitment to customer service. Instead of looking for solutions or providing courteous attention, their attitude left a lot to be desired.
The atmosphere and food might be good, but when the service is lacking, the overall experience suffers. I have no desire to return. Hopefully, they improve their service because first impressions matter a lot.

This has to be a scam, because there is no way that they were allowed to make and deliver the food we ordered. We ordered the Mexican street corn whopper and the pickle ranch whopper, and it was just gross and they looked like regular whoppers. I’ve probably gone 5 years since I last ate at BK, I know I’ll be fine not ever going again. And btw, we also ordered pickle fries and they delivered us regular fries instead.

This burger King located inside Wal-Mart starts closing around 9pm even through they’re supposed to close at 10. At around 9 they will put up their metal fence thing so you’d have the impression that they’re not serving anymore. They won’t make eye contact with you and they’ll reluctantly help you. Also they wouldn’t let me eat there since it was getting late. (they won’t even ask you if you you want your order for here or to go, but just give you to go). It is clear that the staff members just want to go home and their attitude towards work just sucks! Also they don’t have some of the deals that other burger kings have

People I get it, times are hard. I ordered two $9 combos small. Tel me how it comes out to *$25. ?!? For $6 more I could get a family special at a Mom and Pops, 4 buggers 4 large fries, and 4 drinks… never again will I go to this chain Restaurants .. p.s Mom and Pops restaurants aren’t stingy with the ketchup.

Nice clean Burger King, located on the corner of Anaheim blvd/Ball rd. Love their breakfast sandwiches… Pretty good as far as “Fast Food” goes. They grille their burgers & chicken. This location has a speedy drive-thru. They are always fast and I’m never missing anything in my order everyone is courteous and I 3njoy coming to this location. We often stop at Burger King before we go grocery shopping . The food is good and the people are friendly our Burger King is located inside our Walmart Store

What no refills on drinks!!!! Everything else was fine. Had to wait a bit for food but got drinks right away. Hence the problem, drank the drink while waiting for the food, so when the food came the drink was almost out. Clerk said no refills no matter. This is the only store that lve been to that does this. SAD. I guess I’ll move on to other places that will welcome my family.

I walked up to make an order and they were cleaning up so I asked if I was too late to place an order a few times. Two of the workers made eye contact and didn’t say anything to assist me. I asked the loss prevention guy what time they closed and he said 10. It was 8:55 when I was trying to order. One of the workers names was Jessika. I’ve never received such rude service from there, but it made me take my business elsewhere.
