How can these employees be so dense and not have common sense, if you get an online order and you pack the items why would you not include the usual utensils that people need like a straw for the drin. ketchup for fries and a specified sauce that was marked on the app for the chicken fries. (No ketchup, no straw and no bbq sauce which was marked before hand) Gdamn how can it be so hard..

The cashier at this location is angry, and bitter should treat customers poorly complains when they don’t order breakfast items even though other food is available. And then proceeded to take a very long time to grab the order, even though it was already ready so that she could stand and chat with the cook instead of doing her job. You must lose a lot of business here because of her awful attitude

This is the slowest Burger King I’ve been too. Even when it’s not busy it’s ridiculously slow. I waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries and only one person was ahead of me in the drive thru.

The service was good. The bathroom was clean enough. Parking is a little bit limited and entrance to it was a bit of challenge. But worth it because I really enjoyed my fast food self-reward/allowance. Nothing beats Burger King fries. Especially when they’re pipin’ hot!

I’m sure I’m not the only one who had already given up on Burger King, but this Burger King in particular has given great fast service and delivered delicious juicy burgers with fresh fries and the soda has not been flat or gross tasting like it usually is. Definitely changed my mind.

Blonde Lady in the morning is rude , gave me attitude through the speaker and sighed when I told her to repeat my order, because she almost gave me my order wrong until I corrected her.
There was no line so no need to rush.
She smiled when I told her to be patient so she can think clear and remember orders.
Not sure of her name, but I know there’s an older lady who is super patient. Super nice all workers need to be trained by her. I’m a regular at this location that will change .
