VERY surprised by the excellent Quality control here! This is by far the best Burger King i have visited in Los Angeles and that’s saying a lot. Many other BKs suffer with poor quality control, but this one stays true to its original roots. GREAT flavor on all Burgers and Sides, Extremely Fast with orders, amazing customer service, and to top it all off, one time i ate here and they were playing Medieval music. I proudly wore the BK crown during that experience. HAVE IT YOUR WAY!!!!!!!

Don’t know who you have working in the kitchen, but I used to be a regular and all I would ask for is 2 double cheeseburgers. One plain, one regular. The last two times I’ve been there, both times the order was wrong.
And based on this last order, where my plain burger had 2 pickles on it, I’m definitely assuming they knew what they were doing.
So, I’ll just go to a different BK from now on. I’ve even filled out a survey, praising this store for their fresh and fast service, but clearly you got someone who hates my accent or something about me.
All good.
Have your 1 star review and I will find a better location to order my meal that I reward myself, once or twice a month, for working as hard as I do here in LA, also servicing customers of all backgrounds.
Also, the young man who took my order both times was nothing but respectful and I appreciate him for that.
Your cook needs to open their mind or find a new job. It’s tacky and pathetic to mess with someone’s food that they’ve paid for, especially in this economy.

It was super fast service! And my Spider-verse burger was actually great! Plus they don’t use Red 40 dye! Every since burger King announced that their burgers and food would be fresher and healthier I just had to try it!
I recommend the spider-verse burger combo when you can!

I won’t be reviewing Burger King in general, you know what you’re getting into.
What I will say is that over the past 6 months or so, I have seen a noticeable increase in consistency and quality. If there’s been new management or training or something, they’re doing great!

I literally had not been to a Burger King in upwards of 30+ years and had been craving a Whopper Jr which is what I always use to get. Put it this way, the last time I went there, the Whopper Jr was $0.99. Today, it was $7.50!! WTH!? I know there’s inflation but $7.50 for a Whopper Jr, not even a Whopper! I told the cashier I couldn’t believe how much they had gone up and she said “oh honey, you should do the 2 Whopper Jr deal for $6”. I did not see that so I thanked her and said yes that would be great. That made it much more palatable. Anyway, the burger itself was really good although smaller than I remember but that’s probably shrinkflation. We’ll see if it’s another 30 years before I go again.

By all means BK is not the best burger ever so it doesn’t get 5 stars overall but the 4 represents the best BK I have been to in recent memory. I had the same melt I had last year and this one was 100 times better. Last year I got a stale tough bun used for the melt. Then again I had the melt last year at a San Fernando Valley BK and everything is bad there. Bad BK, bad McDonald’s, bad El Pollo Loco, etc.
The atmosphere gets a 5 because of the outdoor seating area. I was happy eating on a ☁️ day while listening to music on my portable speaker. I hope to return and have the same experience I did before summer arrives because I’m not sure the outdoor dining area will feel the same on a hot day.
Lastly, I believe I visited this location for the first time back around 1998 or 99, I have vague memories from then. I do remember walking past this BK a lot when I would commute by foot between Venice Bl. and National Bl. This BK and the area in general gives me a lot of nostalgia.

This is a very nice Burger King that lobby is usually open despite the pandemic of covid-19. They also take EBT and really give any hassle for using EBT at this location. They have restrooms inside for a customer use that are usually pretty clean. This Burger King no longer has a play area I do not know when it was removed.

This Burger King is really nice. We were there pretty late so the inside was closed so I can’t comment on that. The outside was clean and the drive thru went pretty fast.
All of our food was cooked to order and it came out right the first time. The person that helped us was very nice.
We were happy campers.

I have been eating at this Burger King ever since I was a little girl I’m now 50 years old I can remember when they used to have a playground most of the employees are pretty friendly and very helpful the only thing that I didn’t like this holiday season for fall and Halloween with the Halloween menu
