This Burger King location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been treated with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. The staff never rushes you and always makes sure your order is right.
I especially want to shout out Anthony, who consistently goes above and beyond. He is patient, professional, and always has a positive attitude, which really makes a difference.
Customer service is definitely not lost at this location. It’s refreshing to come somewhere where you feel valued as a customer every single time. I’ll continue coming back because of the great service alone.

Manager helped me took my order with a horrible attitude. The food is not even a close resemblance to the pictures I couldn’t even see the brisket for the burger I ordered so I tried calling the store for nearly 30 minutes No one answered so I went back come to find out the person that took my order was the manager I explained to them that I had been trying to call but no one picks up he didn’t care I show him the burger he sticks his hands in there and breaks it to show me a tiny peice of brisket in front of other customers and does not even offer to make me a new one horrible experience the manager was some bald Hispanic guy that clearly does not value his job

Truly TERRIBLE SERVICE today at this location! and i will no longer be coming back for my health awareness and food quality! I recieved a meal that was in poor condition the meat looked terrible,BURNT and OLD! so I took it up front and noticed another lady was already upset about her meal so I politely waited i then proceeded and asked if I may please get another meal she said it was charboiled as it’s supposed to be…???I literally had to ARGUE with her as she first stared arguing with me as she wasn’t trying to exchange my meal she was also raising her voice at me and then literaly SNATCHED the meal from MY HAND!!! so i then asked for my refund and left also red meat with HOLES IN IT!!!?? SERIOUSLY???that can possibly get anyone very sick if not cooked properly!!! so here is a picture of the meal…

Every time I come here to get food, they get my order wrong or are missing things. How do you not have churro fries but take my money online. The management here is horrible because they never have anything stocked. They should just close. Burger king in maywood is better

I Just had a disappointing experience at Burger King at exactly 2:26 today. Despite presenting my coupon code at the register, the cashier failed to apply it and was going to throw away my receipt if i wouldn’t have asked for it! She was too busy talking to her coworkers to even pay attention to the coupon, I ended up being charged extra. I tried to address the issue, but they DO NOT answer the phone. I hope they improve their process to prevent such issues in the future.

Took 30 mins just to order a breakfast biscuit, the kid also had an attitude. And to finish it, they screwed up my order. I feel like if you’re gonna bust a 1st shift, you should at least smile. I know no one likes smiling in the morning, while working customer service. But your paycheck depends on your attitude

I have bad experience today I ordered a fiery royal crispy chicken and 8 PC. Mozzarella fries and soda of fanta of orange flavor and more stuff. But what I get was different I get regular chicken sandwiches not fiery. The Mozzarella fries they changed and get a chicken fries and the soda I get spriete instead of my fanta I’m very mad wen I tell the person on front desk he only tell me is only what we have… I don’t want to return any more to this restaurant…….
