When you go to Burger King you know what expect food wise but we were quite surprised by the great customer service we received from the woman behind the counter. After a long day of driving her postive attitude and helpful nature made for a pleasant meal

Ordered two fish sandwiches with extra tartar sauce, and large iced tea.

First was dry and old. Second sandwich had a strong taste of light machine oil..

Taste would not leave my mouth till I vomited later…I should have called cops.

Entered Time 7:15pm. Front counter..waited till 7:45pm… till I was waited on. Yes abouts 30min.

Once the order was received, I had the order in 4 minutes. It looked rushed, kind sloppy, not even close to the poster which posted behind the register.

So, it appears that only two employees were on duty and yes the drive through was extremely busy.. and only one on the grill, wipping them out as fast as one can.
So the front was being neglected.. but then I was the only walk in customer at the counter.

Stuff happens! And may get wild, they tried their best, and that all that matters.
Both deserve a pat on the back!

August 23, 2025, yes, Saturday. 930 am or so..

Decided to drop in and try the brisket whopper.

The young man at the counter kept saying ehh?? Every time we asked him a very simple question. I can understand why he could not hear us because he’s listening to his EarPods while he’s taking our order while sucking on a straw, very classy.

Hamburgers were pretty good however it took us a long time and many moons to find a clean table. As a matter of fact, the table we used was cleaner after we left because we wiped it down for the next customer out of compassion.

I think there was a fly convention in town because they were all meeting there for brunch!

Overall, would we be back? No!

It seems like the management at this location does not care about quality or customer service. If corporate has a chance to read these, you might want to reevaluate the situation at this location.

It is quite evident that the tables were not cleaned the night before because we just got there when they opened. There’s no way they had that many customers breaking the door down to make those tables so messy.

While our gracious host “ Ehhh?” Which I’m guessing used to live in Canada, might want to learn how to wipe a table down and take a straw out of his mouth and put his earbuds down and not play with his phone while serving customers.

In today’s world, that’s a lot to ask for I know.

I would suggest new management at that location for sure. Or call in the airstrike and start over.

Stopped in on a road trip. There was a guy up front when we walked in and when he saw us, he went to the back. We stood there waiting for him to return. Waited and waited some more. Finally hollered “hello”, and saw a woman peak around the corner so we waited a little more. When neither staff came out to take our order, we left. Was really looking forward to a whopper.

Worst Jr Whopper ever! Cold bun; missing condiments. Do not recommend. Very few fries for a large!

Employee working register did not understand enough english to take our order correctly. And could barely relay any information back that we asked.

Shawn was the manager on shift. Sat at 5pm. Staff members sitting around doing nothing. No other customers in the drive thru or in the dining room. Now we know why!
We entered and the cashier was sitting in the dinning room on her phone with earbuds in. When she finally came to take our order she never took out the ear buds and refused to speak to us. We placed our order and she took the cash and was angry? I asked if she was ok, and was ignored… So we waited for food, watched the guy put it together, seemed fine… Then came the fries… The fries were sitting there right behind the counter, no warmer, just in the little cartons looking sad, and yep, you guessed it, the counter girl dropped the old nasty fries in the bag and walked away back to her phone. We asked for new fries and you would have thought I was asking for her virginity… She almost got a concussion from the eye roll and temper tantrum… We ditched all the food on the counter and demanded our money back . Shawn the manager saw the entire interaction and came up to the counter all surprised… She wasn’t but 3 foot away the whole time!
Absolutely a fiasco! Gonna have to find out who the corporate owner is, they need to know why they have no business!!
Shame on you burger king for having such a horrible store!!!
Sadly for us, McDonald’s was open, busy, polite, clean and served us food with dignity! Don’t go to this Burger King!!! Close it down and find real staff!!!

The last time I enjoyed a meal at Burger King I was four and the streak continues. I think it had been at least a decade since the last time I even ate at one but we had driven about 500 miles through the middle of NV and there were few options and even fewer that were open. I had recently read an article that gave high marks to the Chicken Breast sandwich they are currently serving. We were starving so we decided to give it a shot. Regrets quickly followed, I ordered two of the sandwiches and was amazed that they cost $5.49 each when the sandwiches at Popeye’s and Chick-fil-a, which are the cream of the crop cost $3.99 or less. I hoped that meant that they felt they could charge more because they were turning out a superior product. I was wrong. The first one was about the size of a chicken strip at Popeyes. It occupied about 1/2 of a small bun. The taste was OK but not outstanding or even vaguely special. I was annoyed. I cracked open the second sandwich, which had more meat but was severely overcooked to the point of being as tough as beef jerky. I was mad by this point so I jumped up, said, HELL NO!!!” to my wife and marched up to the counter to air my grievances. To the credit of the workers, they were very apologetic and made me two fresh sandwiches immediately. These were fresh and apparently the standard size which is still about 1/3 less than the size of the $3.99 sandwich at Popeyes. The flavor didn’t improve any from the first tiny one so I’m rating this sandwich a definite fail. To sum it up, these are subpar sandwiches that cost a full $1.50 more than their much larger, tastier counterparts at better restaurants.
