Drive-thru service was a joke. Started my order, didn’t even make it through the first item before I was rushed with a total. I stated to the person I had more to order, and their response then was ” What do you want? ” Gave the rest of my order. Mind you, I’m the only person in the drive-thru line and made my way to the window. Took my payment; usually by this time, drinks would be handed out in a perfect world. However, when I received the payment receipt, it was not at all. Then I sat there watching them have a more necessary conversation than doing their job. They finally decided to get the drinks and food out 20 minutes later. The food was cold and prepared incorrectly.

This location is really great. We placed a large order and the food was out very quickly. Steve specifically provided such wonderful customer service and was very welcoming. They keep the play area very clean and the kid’s booster seats were wonderfully clean, which means a lot to us parents!

i’m not even sure if I’m gonna get my food at this point. It’s been about 45 minutes, my order was messed up, they only gave me one meal. You have three people staffed in here. A line of around 10 people and whatever’s in your drives. Whoever is managing this place needs help. Im still waiting for my food my daughter finished hers about 20 minutes ago.

I dont know what the late night crew is doing, but my food was Hella good. The guy that took my order was super nice! Always a surprise to get really good service at a fast food place. But I was super impressed by them!

I went through the drive through yesterday and a woman named Summer was working the window, before i even saw her i heard her breathing very heavy through the microphone, like it literally sounded like the microphone was in her mouth and i had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. When i got to the window she slammed it open pretty aggressively and held her hand out for my card without saying anything. she didn’t say anything else to me until i left and then slammed the window again. this is not the first time ive had a poor interaction at this establishment with this particular employee.

Getting an early morning treat before work can be difficult, especially when traveling long distances. The breakfast menu at BK offers just the right amount of food to satisfy your needs. On this occasion, the Double Bacon Breakfast Sourdough King Croissant did the trick. Greatly satisfied.

The place was okay and food didn’t take too long. The whole place was empty and great for me and my boyfriend to have a dinner there. Sadly the public in Elko isn’t very respectful, I was being stared at and like I said the place was empty and I had another lady sit right behind me and my boyfriend with her child who clearly peed her pants. I had to to pack up and leave and eat at home! Highly recommend eating at home watch out for nosy and weird people!!
