The Great Whopper Letdown
I went in expecting the flame-grilled masterpiece from the ads—towering, juicy, picture-perfect—but what arrived was a sad, flattened patty barely clinging to life inside a tired bun, looking nothing like the billboard fantasy. For over $10 (and climbing), this pitiful, shrunken Whopper feels like highway robbery. When are we all finally going to stop paying premium prices for fast-food disappointment and demand better—or at least truth in advertising?

I was looking for a nice cool place to have lunch. Not at this BK. They claim that they had a new AC unit installed, but it’s almost 90F in the dining area. They also claim that they have no control over the thermostat.

The young men that are working this evening are very cordial and polite. I had to clean my own table but that is becoming more and more common at Burger Kings.

Worst customer service ever had to wait for two breakfast sandwiches and over 30 minutes. The front counter/drive-through lady did not know what she was doing the cook so slow didn’t have nothing prepared cooking fresh to order which I’m not complaining about but 30 minutes is a little bit ridiculous. They need to hire some people or figure that out cause that’s not. What’s gonna keep business around

Waited in the drive thru more than 20 minutes until they decided to take me order. Mind you know their was only 3 cars in drive thru, later time I come to this establishment.

I really enjoy Burger King so I keep giving it a chance because it’s the closest one to me but this location in particular is terrible the workers don’t care in the slightest and it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your food (not exaggerating) no matter how many people are there. And after waiting 30-40 minutes for your food they’ll without a doubt forget something no matter how simple the order I alway get a bacon burger and 9/10 times they’ll forget the bacon even when it cost more and you won’t want to go through again because you’ll be waiting an hour and a half at that point. Don’t know who the manager at this location is but they need to be fired and never hired anywhere else I’ve worked in food service many time and I’ve never met a crew who cares less abt their job. I don’t expect above and beyond but I do expect to get what I paid for especially after waiting half an hour but I think they just throw things together eventually to get you out of there. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had and it’s not a one time thing it’s a routine at this point idk why I keep coming back here no one working there should have a job it’s truly despicable how terrible they are and no other fast food place is this terrible on a regular basis. Will be contacting some type of gm bc this is truly the worst store in existence no one there deserves a paycheck they don’t even do their job

If you go here expect to wait almost an hour to get your food. Bring a blanket and pillow so you can take a nap while you wait. Seriously wonder what the management is doing here. I literally watched 3 people leave because they were taking so long. This is definitely not fast food. You probably could cook a meal faster.

I ordered online, pulled into the drive thru to pickup my order. Should be quick and simple yes…
Wrong! I was stuck in the drive thru for exactly one hour waiting. When I finally got to the window a young man apologized to me and said that they short staffed, only two employees were working at the time.
I have been a food Manager and been in the same situation, but I never ever had anyone wait that long for an order. I felt for that young man, but was not happy as there were only two cats in front of me. The struggles of the fast food industry are real on both sides, as an employee and a patron.

Let me spare you of your pain and misery. If you come here even if you are the only person in line it will take 30 minutes to get your order completed. Their will be 3 or 4 people and somehow it will still take that long. Turn your car off if you are waiting in the drive thru to save gas. You will will probably have enough time to learn a new language or read the entire Harry Potter series and they will still not be done. I’m not even joking. Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s unfortunate there’s nothing else around to eat. So stuck here.. fries are always cold, half filled, always have to warm up our food when we get home and we live 1.2 miles away. For $30 for two sandwiches and fries and a drink at least fill up the fries. Maybe the owner should pay his employees more.. maybe they would stay and give a F..

Every time I go through the drive through I wait over 15 min. Today I was seriously stuck for about half an hour. The employee did not even let me know it would be so long they just left to do other things and no one would communicate any time frame.

Went through the drive through 45 minutes before closing and started my order with 2 double cheeseburgers. Was immediately greeted with so much attitude and the guy then started ranting and complaining about being there with just a trainee and he’s trying to close. Forty- five minute before close. I work in the food service industry and if I did that even 10 minutes before closing I’d be reprimanded if not fired. He then told me to “go easy on me”. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, I don’t want someone like that touching my food.
