I generally like Burger King, but the last time I visited (yesterday) they fell flat on their face. I went through the drive through on my way home and I was the only one in the drive through, not another car to be seen. In fact there were just a couple of cars in the parking lot. I was very specific about my order (I like to have it my way), I was greeted with a disinterested voice and I said “ I would like a double Whopper with cheese and bacon combo, a LARGE Root beer, and I would like to substitute LARGE onion rings instead of fries please (again, I like to have it my way). The order taker did NOT repeat my order so I proceeded to the first window and again was met with a disinterested young man who took my card, returned my card and tried to give me a SMALL drink. I corrected him and said that I wanted a LARGE like I ordered, he sneered and disappeared for probably 2 minutes (remember I said that there were few people in the restaurant). He returned with a LARGE drink, hesitated and again left me waiting for my food. No one was behind me in the drive through so they were not busy. I finally got my food and started to go home to enjoy my meal. As I reached into the bag to enjoy my onion rings I was met with a barely lukewarm ring. I closed the bag and thought that I could just microwave the onion rings a little to bring them back up to temperature when I got home. At home I found the rings container half full of French fries and just a few (less than 10) rings. I decided to start my Whopper but it was cold so that had to be “nuked” also. I took all of the condiments off (because they don’t microwave well) and didn’t find any cheese and the bacon was also missing! When I looked at the receipt, it said “double Whopper w/cheese (no mention of bacon), a SMALL drink, and a SMALL onion rings with zesty sauce. He never asked me about my choice of sauce when I ordered, I had to ask for ranch after the bag was handed to me. I was very, very disappointed with the food and service at this Burger King where I usually get good service. As a side note, I don’t litter and there wasn’t a garbage can available on exiting so my paper straw trash had to come home with me. Burger King must do better!!! I am hesitant to return to this location because of my experience yesterday.

Came to get some food tonight and Drive thru menus were turned off. No one was talking at the speaker except an automated voice. I drove up and seen 2 people standing in the kitchen area.
There was also a car behind me and we were just doing laps around trying to get the workers attention to order some food. Super disappointing that you advertise 24/7 when clearly that’s not true.

The whopper meal I received was ice cold, and wasn’t sure why they had pickles on it, considering I’m allergic to them & I told them when I ordered. I’m so grateful I caught that mess up. Maybe they outta pay more attention to their job details.

I don’t often eat fast food but this weekend I went to 2 separate restaurants in Reno and had COMPLETELY different experiences. I went to Taco John’s and loved the experience (see my Taco John’s review). The food at Taco John’s was delicious, inexpensive and the service was above average. Burger King was a disappointment in all of these respects. I’d watched a Whopper history video on YouTube over the weekend and was curious to see what Burger King’s sandwich was about since I hadn’t had one in probably 15 years. I ordered a Whopper meal, substituting a shake for the soda pop. This was just over $12! The employee I dealt with was very unenthusiastic and seemed to be in a bad mood. Upon receiving my food, the sandwich was lukewarm, which was the first time I’d ever experienced this and the fries tasted as if they were 3 days old. The shake was the worst I’ve had in years, as well. So, it’ll be at least another 15 years before I go back to BK.

Don’t use the app to order your food for delivery because it will be cold. Twice I used the app and got cold food and my food delivered late. I only complained after the second cold delivery because it wasn’t a big deal but twice is ridiculous. I was only offered a $5 coupon for my next purchase when it was $35 worth of cold food. Both deliveries were from this store and both times our food was late and cold.

The service is amazing, but good god. The food is just disgusting and way over priced, I got the cini minis ( and i love cinnamon rolls) but these were just disgusting. They tasted like a 5 year old girl made them with her play kitchen she got for christmas. I also got the texas whopper, and that thing was just gross, the meat quality is just aweful. Its all fat, no lean meat at all, I get if it was cheaper, it would make sense, but they charge for $14 for this below average quality burger. Did I pay for for all this and eat it? Yes. Am I going to ever eat it again? No way!

Who is this that works here? This lady is rude and can’t perform basic duties. She dropped my card and misgendered me when I asked her to please make sure I have it. There are some seriously hateful people here. They refused to give me my food as a dasher. I need some outreach from this location ASAP. I have put in a serious complaint with Door dash too.
