Order Uber eats and got 2 whoppers no tomato add jalapeño, and then it comes with tomato and then they added mustard, I thought maybe I messed up didn’t put my modifications correctly but there it was right on the bag exactly what ordered, this is the last time I order from this burger king, how hard is it to read a ticket. And just so burger king doesn’t think I’m lying ill attach photos too

every time I go to this Burger King I am astounded at how awful this place is. The drive through shouldn’t take a half hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Then it’s a battle to get your order correct in the drive through. Then wait 10 minutes to pay and finally when you get your food it’s wrong. No fast food should take 45 minutes to get your food except in n out but they have an excuse bc there’s 30 cars in front of you not 2. If you truly have a hankering for Burger King I Would recommend any other burger king other than this one.

The wait was horrendous! 10 min at the drive thru screen just to be acknowledged; I would have left but there was a car behind and in front of me. Then another 15-20 min at the window waiting. Definitely won’t be back! Recommend going across the street to Wendy’s if your in a rush.

Ordered a new promo burger brisket burger. Get to my location and just meat cheese and bun not to mention asked for no mayonnaise and has mayo. A plain promo burger. Perfect! Waste of money

The guy running the drive through window didn’t give me a receipt, refused to speak to me, and glared at me repeatedly. I ordered a drink and a sandwich, I was given a cup of ice with half a splash of the wrong soda, I waited over 10 min while being glared at before he was handed a bag which he placed by the window glared at me and walked to the other side of the building. I left at that point before receiving my food and bought a burger across the street at Wendy’s. By the time I was leaving Wendy’s with my burger and the correct drink the car behind me was still at the window waiting.

The food is absolutely horrible I don’t know how you can even call this food! it’s always cold it’s always wrong when I don’t even order special things. I’m always missing something this is one of the worst locations will never eat here again! And a complete rip off for the price!! What a joke

This has literally got to be the worst Burger King in this area. Whoever is the owner should consider actually hiring managers who are present throughout the entire day. Once nighttime hits it’s a bunch of rude and entitled teens who don’t want to work, have giant lines that take upward for 40 minutes to get through and absolutely no respect or curtesy for anyone after. Nehemiah needs to not be on window/headset if he’s going to be a complete jerk to everyone and the girl in the back needs to actually focus on her job. No more wasting money on places that don’t care enough to hire nice and efficient people.

Absolutely horrible, I’ll never go to Burger King again. I ordered two whoppers no cheese no mayo as I’m allergic. When I got to the window I confirmed with the employee that my order was correct. He put it in as double cheese, so I informed him i wanted it without cheese. I get home and both burgers have cheese on them. Absolutely disgusting as it was a diligent decision not to serve the corrected order, which could get someone sick. Do not ever go to this establishment

We waited in the drive thru from 5:05pm to 5:51 pm. The first 10 minutes was just waiting for someone to acknowledge that we were there. We said hello and got a response of ‘be right with you” and then nothing. When we said hello again, the woman replied with another “be right with you” and a snide remark when we said we had already been waiting for 10 minutes. She finally took our order.
When we got to the window we waited for our food. We checked before driving away, and were shorted nuggets and not given a receipt. We waited by the open window for someone to acknowledge that we were still there, and eventually a man came over. My husband told him we weren’t given what we paid for. The man got the additional food. We specifically asked for a reciept so we could fill out the survey, and he said the receipt printer was broken.
Interestingly, when you go to Burger King.com to lodge a complaint, they require a picture of the receipt to provide customer support where you speak to a human. No receipt, no support. Not even with their AI chat bot.

Absolutely horrible. My husband waited in line for 45 min only for them to forget half our order, not to provide our drinks and to not resolve my issue. This is out of hand. I spent hard earned money not to get my order and for them not to provide a solution. This is the third occurrence from Burger King in 3 months. THIRD. Because they miss my food and take forever they will no longer make it right on the app. Never go here, save 45 min and your money. You won’t get everything you ordered anyway
