The staff first treated me horrifically because of my amputation and use of wheelchair while being poor, yetnalways pay for my meals, and extremely well behaved service dog that is continuously complimented on his demeanor, friendliness, and calmness. However, now they only talk down to me like a disappointed boss as if paying with cash an change is a failure on my part, and not a credit card. Coffee was not consistent with times in went through all other burger kings in my nice Toyota Rav4 when I was treated like a customer.

I wanted to shout out Trina and Vicky. I had a previous issue with an order (that was all my fault) and Trina (the manager) had that fixed up so quickly. Like it was incredible. I came back the next day and the hospitality that Vicky and Trina had towards me was wonderful. They were both extremely kind, friendly, and definitely went above and beyond for me. Trina even reached out via a phone call just to make sure everything was alright. They did such an amazing job and definitely raised the bar for me. Honestly would never expect it from a Burger King, but they absolutely showed up and showed out. Thank you both for everything and the kindness that y’all showed me!

My kids and I ordered breakfast here yesterday. It was absolutely horrendous. My daughter’s food was raw, my son’s food has made him sick for 2 days and mine was so burnt it crumbled in my hands. It was $35 for complete garbage. Do not go here. I probably never eat at another Burger King in my life. It was that bad.

I’ve never seen a fast food place be consistent in being slow you can be the only car in the drive thru and and still wait 10+ minutes if there’s cars expect 15 minutes plus. I swear if you compare numbers to other locations there’s no way you guys are doing close to anyone else

Idk if they were under staff nor under the influence I couldn’t understand the girl at the window she kept slurring her word la waited at the window for 10 min than she told me to wait in the parking lot for another 20 min than I called the store for a refund that told me she doesn’t recall the order and that she can give me a free whopper I told her I have the receipt and I’m still in the parking lot I’ll just pull up to the window to explain better it took them an hour to refund me and they were so rude and kept on saying they went outside and I was not there while the whole time I was on the phone with from the parking lot tell I got to the window, I’ll say that team is very poorly trained and rude

This bk is very under staffed idk what is going on at this location but omg i came threw the drive threw 30 mins or more i waited no cars in the parking area so whats up must be a staffing issue is all I can assume. Do better i love bk and the answer was someone ordered a $200 order that needs to be handled at the counter smdh

Maria and the rest of the awesome crew here always takes good care of me. Even when the corporate app sends my order to another state, haha. I really appreciate their kindness and the fun atmosphere they create at this location.

I used a coupon and got Whoppers and fries for me and my buddy at a decent price. The food was fresh and the fries were hot. I have no complaints and recommend Burger King for anyone wanting a quick lunch. (It’s definitely better than that other one – no names, but they have golden arches).

The person taking our order was rude, short with us and took forever to order. Upper management needs to get their shit together and train, hire and push for better customer service skills.

Their mobile app system is still buggy. If you order on the app and it is a custom order (i.e., no onions or pickles, add extra ____) the custom part isn’t printed on the ticket they receive so they can’t make to order. But they fixed it within with no hassle and replaced the frosty I ordered for another beverage of the same size.
