I know that in the past this Burger King was struggling, pretty badly. And I stopped going. But I love a good comeback! Something has changed here and for the good! I’ve started eating here again, more and more often. Lately it’s been fantastic! So much so that I’d dare to say this is now my favorite place to eat! They’ve really turned it around. The food is just incredible and the service is right where it needs to be. Not joking, I think now it’s tastier than every single fast food restaurant in sparks! And you know what?? I’m so glad to see this place have a comeback! GREAT JOB! Seriously!!! Keep it up!

Show up at 9:10 and front doors are locked, store doesn’t close till 11. They’re clearly still open cause they’re employees inside. i go to drive through, which already one car was waiting. Sat there 10 minutes, could see the employees standing around talking, not helping the car in front of me, or me. So i got mcdonalds instead. and i thought your commercials were obnoxious

Cashier handling food, no gloves no handwashing. Understaffed. Took ten minutes, 2 burger’s 5 bucks,sm fry, 4bucks. Stopped taking orders as they were overwhelmed at high noon! Dropped a bag of food on the floor cooked it.PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR FAST FOOD. NEVER AGAIN. WITH all due respect of course.

During this time of neglectful service and not knowing whether the dining room will even be open at most fast food restaurants, the Burger King on Pyramid was a refreshing treat. Not only was the dining room open, but it was clean and stocked with condiments. The service was great, the women working (sorry, did not get their names) were polite and quick to notice me at the counter. The food was hot and tasty.

4:55 pm saturday. Not allowed inside. They signaled to go thru drive thru. Went across parking lot and enjoyed wonderful Mexican food at Morenos Mexican Bar and Grill. The Ac was on and service was above and beyond!!

This is the WORST Burger King, probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to! They always have some type of problem at this location and can never get things right. They take forever to get orders. Last time I went I waited 40 minutes in the drive through and there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in.

Didn’t even attempt to get my order right. Gave them a chance to fix it and they didn’t. Gave me the same thing back. Literally the same incorrect sandwich. Drink was wrong too. Knew they were screwing up the order because they wouldn’t give me a receipt.

I’ve had several messed up orders, including ones where the site is closed when I placed an online order, only to be met at with credit that I’ve tried to redeem onsite that they can’t verify. Since all local sites are owned by the same franchisee, screw them all. Make sure you file any issues with the bbb to get them shut down and maybe a proper owner can step in. Edit: I’ve lost $30+ dollars to this place and corporate doesn’t care in the least. Time for a halfway decent fast food burger joint to take over.
