This location is always slow. This last visit they were out of croissants. Well thats half your breakfast menu. BK biscuits suck. They were already doing burgers so I ordered a burger. I had to wait 20 minutes for a double whopper. I was able to go to the Popeyes in this same food court, order, pay, receive the food and still had to go stand and wait at BK. This is not remotely fast food.

We love bigger king but I’m literally driving off base to go to a different one right now. The drive through speaker sucks and the workers are rude. The one just argued with me on if I said combo or not, I did. A couple days ago the lady at the window completely ignored me and basically threw my bag at me.

Food wasn’t good tonight. The fries tasted old, like they were cooked in old grease. And they were cold. The sandwiches were ok but could have been better and warmer. They definitely need to hire more workers because it took several minutes for someone to address us and take our order and then even longer to get our food. Only 3 people working, taking orders, filling orders, cooking, everything. Won’t come back for a while.

Every time I go through the drive through they are always rude. I asked about how old the tea was and she got mad, talked back and then said this morning. I went through at 3pm. Brewed tea is only good for 4 hrs otherwise you risk giving people salmonella. She also just kept say “what else you want”. They also screwed up my order and got mad at me for them screwing it up. They said “why didn’t you tell me that before?” and I had to prove them with my receipt that they screwed up. I remained calm and didn’t raise my voice like I wanted to but the drive through makes me not ever want to go to this Burger King. I don’t understand how these people continue having a job if they can’t treat customers with basic respect and not getting orders correctly. Or why hasn’t their manager said anything to them about it to fix the issue?

Food is average among fast food, however the customer service is abysmal. The staff at the counter and drive through seem to have never looked at the menu and frequently ring up orders wrong or misunderstand simple requests, such as asking for a medium meal, then asking for an additional large fry after, they will go back and make the meal a large. Or order a chocolate oreo shake, they will make a vanilla Oreo (big deal, I know but it has happened on multiple occasions). Some seem to lack basic manners and frequently ignore you for quite some time without so much as a “I’ll be right with you”. I would never have lasted at any of my service industry jobs for a week with the type of service I received on multiple occasions here.
