Place was packed with people waiting for orders. No one greets you or acknowledges you when you enter.
Woman getting food out needs to stop touching her hair and face while not washing her hands.
Food may be wrapped but it’s no excuse for such poor hygienic practices while handling food. You’d think with someone having a food handlers card would know to not touch their hair and use their shirt as tissue to wipe snot off their nose while continuing to touch food.
I’ll be warning coworkers and visitors to avoid this location. Not worth the potential food safety hazard that specific associate brings. I hope I don’t get sick.
On top of the unpleasantness of seeing someone be gross near your food, the bacon burger I purchase didn’t have bacon. If you’re forced to visit, double check your food.

They absolutely killed my specific impossible whopper order and it’s very rare that they do it exactly right but it is so freaking amazing that I had to leave a review for them and take a picture of my bitten into impossible whopper so you can see how perfectly they did it! Those pictures though… That’s called overuse and I definitely didn’t have to post those disgusting pictures but when you ask for the same veggies that are on top of the patty to be put on the bottom of the Patty and they do it perfect you gotta give them kudos and show you the amazing results.

The worst service I have ever had at a Burger king the whole staff needs to be replaced!! They forgot to make the fries so our order just sat up there until they got the fries… cold food, not very well trained staff… the whole thing was terrible.

The food preparers and the food were good, but ordering through the kiosk imo is dumb. We go in there expecting after we made a decision what we wanted to then go up to the counter and order, you know the tried and true system that works. We stood there and were told we must use the kiosk so we ordered and one of the things I ordered was coffee and the kiosk asked about cream and sugar so I checked Yes, of course I saw no options how many creams or sugar when if I was ordering the proven way this info would have been given . The best part was when it came time to pay and one of the options that I could go to the counter and pay. My God what a novel idea, I wonder if you could order at the counter too? lol. Anyway it’s dumb, dumb, dumb. Oh well, the food was good.

The machines are kind of wonky but the customer service is really good. It’s next to a car wash. Instead of spending $30 per person at Town Square, put the Burger King app on your phone and eat here. My son and I ate here for $15 combined and we are completely full. And I’m loaded ! It’s not about the money, it’s about the convenience and value. Most kids don’t want to sit in a restaurant, and best of all it has a playpen!

How disappointing! persuaded my wife to skip mcDonalda for a change and try a flame grilled burger! it was disgusting. i’ll never order from burger king again.

Drive thru had me pay then go around front to wait….. they left me hanging for 10 minutes went in to ask….. the cook made my burger right away but the lady getting orders together kept skipping over my whopper jr. Until I finally asked how much longer and with an attitude she asked another person to get my order todgether

I ordered some mozzarella sticks from here and they were horrible. They were nothing like normal mozzarella sticks. When I initially opened the box they looked a little off to me but when I tried to pull them apart I knew something was terribly wrong. Sorry to say this because I love some mozzarella sticks but don’t eat them from here!!!

Disappointed. Genuinely im usually not a complainer but the customer service was horrible. I understand sometimes not having the best attitude when tired, but I had just gotten off my late night shift as well and still had respect. Went through the drive thru and got such rude responses when i was ordering and just asking the total. At the window was even worse. I understand its late and your tired, but please have respect for other tired and hungry people too. Dont go here unless you want to be disrespected and feel uncomfortable
