They show on the screen that kids 12 and under can get a free mini cone. But manager gave them attitude when we ask him for it. Inclusive telling my kids to go to a different location. Saying that this location doesn’t participate on this promotion. When clearly says on the screen that they do. My kids felt humiliated when he told them that. That’s shame for this location.

Staff is very helpful and commutative, speaks very clear at the counter and great at explaining the difference between orders. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby aswell i usually don’t like dining in because of how gross the tables or chairs are. But here, It’s spotless. 10/10

Ordered from a kiosk inside at 7:40 pm and didn’t leave the restaurant until 8:20 multiple people filled up the lobby inside waiting for their food while the cars in the drive through got serviced first and only. On 12/21 me and one other group asked for a refund but only they received theirs since the employee told me mine was coming up next so I waited another 5 min for my 8 pc chicken nuggets. All I ordered what the sponge bob whopper meal and the order of the mac n cheese balls and the 8 pc chicken nugget meal. Asked multiple times how long it would take and all they said was they can’t give an estimate and it’ll be out as soon as possible. I don’t often go to burger and now I remember why

Please have more patience with your new hires, as they can get nervous and overwhelmed while learning new things. Instead of pushing them over just explain to them what needs to be done and how!! Don’t get frustrated with them. I wish I would’ve gotten there names but to the new hire you are doing a great job!!

Came in while the staff was cleaning . It reinsured me a lot seeing this . The manager was in the front to handle customers. Very friendly staff all around . Even with cleaning being done food came fast and very hot . New Fries are great !
