Manager and guy with glasses are talking non stop and coughing. It is literally giving me a headache. Came here with my family to get lunch and we are all just uncomfortable. Nothing talked about is appropriate they are discussing peoples schedules and have there back facing the lobby. Talking about personal details. Unable to have our own conversations.

I went in this afternoon for lunch with my daughters and man they were busy but the staff handled it very well & in a timely manner. The cashier who assisted me was named Cesar, he was kind , provided exceptional customer service and just made the visit wonderful. Good workers are hard to find. He assisted me with the coupon I had. Thank you Cesar & staff . Our burgers and fries were fresh and made perfectly

It really does matter how customers are treated. It matters how you carry yourself and the proffesionalism one shows when any type of situation comes up. The day crew handling an ugly customer very well to the night time ladies who always are the sweetest, this location is the only one I will ever go to. Food got a 4 star because I ordered a Jr whopper without onions and there were onions on it. I think it was a new person , mistakes happen and because of the way this crew worked I was able to just let them know and take it off myself not wanting them to make a whole other one. Attitudes are everything. Luckily this location has great attitudes. Clean place. Friendly workers, good management. Great job. You all deserve a raise.

Service here is HORRIBLE!!!! We had to place our order 3 times thru the drive through because the first employee taking our order was cleaning the kitchen as he was taking our order. The wait for our food was more than 20 minutes

Worst place ever I came to this location a little past 1 am and didn’t end up leaving until 230 am , due to shift change and then when I ordered my food it still took them 20 min to make it after they changed shifts . I have a full video of them not having any other customers during the whole time and also just taking their time . I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was a manager and that she didn’t wanna give us food that wasn’t cooked . I never seen a burger king take 20 mins or longer for two whoppers and one chicken wrap

I do not recommend this BK at all they are rude and last time I went they had me waiting 15 min in the drive thru because they were playing in the kitchen area and I saw when the decided to take my order and when I did get it it was so horrible the food was all past due like black lettuce and green mold in the bun and old chicken it was horrible.

At this store i was greeted right away , An employee named Shelsi had great customer service .I was indecisive on what to eat , Shelsi went above and beyond to recommended some of the best meals and desserts. The food was warm , fries were fresh and food was served fast . Thank you

Restaurant has improved on its cleanliness.
Homeless person sitting in lobby begging for food; Restaurant workers allowed his presence.
Later, at the entrance of Burger King, two black female employees blocked entrance with some visiting friends and appeared to give their friends free BK products?
Definitely not a professional presentation to the public.
Based on my occasional visits, these employees will leave or be fired by my next visit.
Very unstable staffing environment. Huge turnover.

Employee hates job. No smile, no greeting. All tables dirty. Trash on floor.
Coke machine in lobby, no ice.
Drinks flat, no carbonation.
All restaurant windows dirty. Front door look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Fingerprints everywhere. Door handle coming loose from door.
This location has always been run very poorly.
I rarely about Burger King because of this restaurant.
Only somewhat fresh hamburgers saved this restaurant from a One star review.

They have horrible customer service. I had to call a total of 12 times for the employee to actually answer the phone. She kept picking up the phone & hanging up. When she finally actually answered all she said was Burger King very rudely & when I asked her the question I had she answered very rudely.
