Get yourself a new supervisor/manager to run this store. You mess up an order remake it. Watched him tell kids to just pick it off and send it back out. Guess what if you just breathe and remake it the correct way you’ll be fine.
Went through drive through got our order. Drove home and it was completely wrong. Not one item was ours. Drove back and our order had sat there for 30 minutes, so again did not remake it, and everything is cold and soggy. 12/6/2025 12:32:10PM AACGPNCQAGCT
A lot of us work fast food, customer service or just food in general. Does it suck to have to throw out the food we messed up yes but we have to take that hit $ then turn around and do better the next time. Wouldn’t be so frustrated if the supervisor wasn’t completely meh.
The buns we not edible. Soaked all the way through. You see it sitting there for far too long maybe toss it like you’re supposed to and then when people return you remake it.

Ordered a Whopper Jr. and the meat patty was nonexistent..What astounds me is that Burger King proudly and non-apologetically serves this to the public without any accountability about their product…absolutely sad ridiculous and shameful

Whoever was working on the shift on January 29, 2026 around 11:05am. They were amazing everybody the whole entire staff. The whopper taste like I got it from a five star restaurant in NY, the way that the person at the front counter handle an angry guy yelling about shredded lettuce was outstanding and they were really fast and helpful with my order.

Pulled up to make my order, waited 5 minutes and nothing. Not even a “welcome to Burger King someone will be with you shortly”, finally I spoke up and asked if anyone was there and finally someone said to hold on. So I waited, car on the left lane made their order so now I should be my turn. Nope, second car came up and they took their order while I was still waiting almost 10 minutes. :Notice to management, your employees should be trained a lot better on greeting customers, they should learn to acknowledge customers when they drive up so nobody is left in limbo wondering if anybody is even working. Training. Matters!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would.

I had a wonderful experience at Burger King today. I ordered the Cheesy Tots, the small bacon cheeseburger, and fries, and I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The Cheesy Tots were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, with a perfect blend of cheese and potato. The small bacon cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were hot and crispy. The service was friendly and fast, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food I got. I paid less than $10 per person, and I was very satisfied with my meal. I’d definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who loves cheese and potatoes.

Then I got home took the bread off to add sauce and some onion rings and there’s like 2 niblets of lettuce & it’s the skinniest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen, not to mention it looks like someone had been eating off the filet.. Tried to call the location numerous times and they never answered. Just wasted money because I wasn’t going to eat that food ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Looks nice, service takes very long even though there isn’t much customers. Message to the Franchise owner, what’s going on with the people you hired? We just left. We waited for 30 minutes and they haven’t even touched our order if I can give it negative Stars I would. Never coming back here again. Kitchen was unsatisfactory, employees eat and drink while behind the counter. Employees handling money and preparing the food without hand washing or sanitizing. Not wearing gloves while preparing the food.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever seen. Food is cold and microwaved when ask why. They care more about none concerning things then their customers. I waited well over 30 mins for a couple sandwiches. Customers also waited 20 mins or so. I was ignored when I ask for things. If we asked why is it taking long we were looked at as if we are the problem. Never will I dine here again.
