This is the second time I go around 7:30 PM and the lady in the drive-through tells me they’re not taking orders because they are understaffed and they have too many orders to complete. As I drive around the building there is zero cars in the parking lot and nobody in the lobby.

Looks nice, service takes very long even though there isn’t much customers. Message to the Franchise owner, what’s going on with the people you hired? We just left. We waited for 30 minutes and they haven’t even touched our order if I can give it negative Stars I would. Never coming back here again. Kitchen was unsatisfactory, employees eat and drink while behind the counter. Employees handling money and preparing the food without hand washing or sanitizing. Not wearing gloves while preparing the food.

All I ask is this: if your drive thru says it’s open 24 hours, and a car pulls in at 215a, does that mean you’re closed for the night or do you do the job your paid for and take the order? I really hope that whoever owns this just comes in and abruptly fires EVERYONE there. You all need to take notes from Chik-Fil-A, and if the workers are going to be unsatisfactory the least they can do is move the lone faster. This Bk is the worst in a long line of overall declining standards. F!@# this place eternally.

I went here on May 3, 2023 around 5:30pm to dine in. The first thing I saw was a queue of 6 customers and nobody at the register. They seemed busy with prepping orders and were possibly short staffed. I generously waited 20 minutes with everyone and they were still busy. I decided to leave so I didn’t get to order anything.

They didn’t have milk or applesauce for kids meals despite being on the menu. Not sure if they’re still supposed to come with a toy, but they didn’t have those either. Staff was friendly, but was bummed there wasn’t a “healthier” option for our quick food stop for the kiddos.

There’s absolutely no reason why anyone should wait over 20 mins in your drive thru to wait to place an order when there’s not that many cars ahead. You guys have people waiting and could have sent someone out to manually take orders.

Put in a doordash order and driver calls after 15 minutes and says Burger King has no meat available to complete the order. why wasn’t the online orders shut off to avoid this problem? Unacceptable!
