Yo!! Whoever was in the back cooking at 2:30pm on July 24th you’re the real MVP. My food was hot and fresh and the burger came out looking like they do in the commercials. The food was pricey but it was worth it! Thanks.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but today I feel it’s necessary. My family and I dined in around 7 PM, and while I knew it would be busy—drive-thru and mobile orders included—I didn’t mind waiting. What I didn’t expect was to wait over 30 minutes for our meals and then be served something genuinely unacceptable.
I ordered a regular Whopper, and it was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever received from this location. The lettuce was clearly spoiled—slimy, soggy, discolored, and giving off an unpleasant odor. The buns were smashed, and the bottom bun was covered with far too many seeds, as if it had been used to collect loose seeds from elsewhere.
On top of that, the kids’ play area desperately needs to be cleaned and ventilated. The smell of feet coming from that room was overwhelming, and there were loose socks left behind. Even though we moved to the dining area, every time the play area door opened, that horrible smell filled the room and made it impossible to enjoy eating. It was genuinely nauseating.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and $35 felt completely wasted.

So today, I’m walking into Burger King as a guest and the cashier Ashley I wanted it to say every one has a bad day or even worse day but baby girl u don’t need to give anyone attitude or be mean to anyone one plues baby girl you ganna be mad at me when I ask for the bathroom but the whole time you was texting on your phone and all that when u was taking my friends orders so hopefully when I come back you have a better attitude !!!! Freshly remodeled Burger King even added two drive in lanes. Soda machine is not clean at all so when you get soda watch for where the syrup sprays I watched a man in front of me trying to get Fanta Orange Soda and none of the syrup hit his cup. Mellow yellow wasn’t even pushing syrup at all just soda water. Now on to the food portion, they keep raising prices but quality keeps going down, my wife and I ordered 2 whopper jr with cheese no mayo no ketchup. We always check the sandwiches to make sure we know what we are eating and they gave us bad lettuce. This lettuce was so bad there is no way you wouldn’t be able to see that it looked like canned spinach. So needless to say we flicked that crap off the sandwich and moved on because trying to talk to someone good luck they all hide behind the wall and direct you to use the touch pad screens. They don’t even clean them so sanitation or cleanliness is definitely not a forefront wait until you see the tables soda stains bun seeds ect. I personally think Slowfood chains are dying, the only reason people use you is because we as Americans are always on the go and have no work life balance. Good luck

Trash everywhere and not an employee in sight. Looks like a large soda was spilt on the floor hours ago and was now mostly dried to the floor. Over half the empty tables were filthy although there was only maybe three customers inside. The drink station was absolutely trashed and most of the fountain drink options unavailable (Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, Fanta all empty). Lastly, I took my kid to wash up before we ate the room-temperature food and cold fries we were handed but the restroom sink was appalling. It looks like someone was doing soiled laundry in the sink and there was trash all over the floor.
We only stopped in because of the playhouse for the kids but I’ll never make that mistake again. This place is an absolute dump. Steer clear!

Overnight food ordering is worse than Carls Jr. If you order anything chicken, prepare to wait 30 mins. Order wayyyy ahead. Because the app will say the food is ready.. but they’ll just be dropping the food when you get to the window. Ridiculous for “fast food”. Not even.. almost goong in reverse. I get producing fresh food, but time is more valuable to people. That’s the recipe for success to keeping customers. Oh and dont bother choosing hot off the broiler.. my burgers, all 4 were barely room temperature. There was no heat in the bag at all, like they had been sitting prepared for a while.

Food is the same as any other fast food place but the service is great employees were very friendly and willing to help. Only one this is that because now it’s only a self order place it’s harder to get custom orders. There are so many steps to get specific orders

Very clean fast food restaurant. The burgers were smaller than usual but I was disapointed with the size and freshness for the price. I like Burger King “Beyond Burger” for a vegetarian choice. But it tasted microwaved and not very good as usual. And not many customers like the BK in my neighborhood!

The food was good. I had the $4.99 meal but was disappointed at how small the small drink was. The size of the cup looked like a medical deposit cup. Other fast restaurants have a bigger small drink that actually looks like a drink.

This is easily the best Burger King I’ve been to! The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is friendly and quick, and the place is always clean. They get my order right every time — can’t ask for more!
