If I could give this store zero stars I would. The managent team sucks!!! They have no regard to human safety, my husband fell and instead of being concerned for his safety she was arguing about the floors. Corporate needs to investigate this location ASAP and deal with the manager because witnessing how she even treats other staff members and customers is horrible!!! Do better be better burger King!!!

In the drive through the guy who took our payment asked if we wanted any sauces and we asked for ketchup and ranch. The lady who gave us our order told us that ranch would be extra because we don’t have any nuggets. She was also giving us attitude. I love the ranch there and was never charged extra for it. So why now?

we placed an order online that took an hour to get. when i asked to speak with the manger about it, he came out very aggressive about it and rude, calling us liars and then resorted to LIEING saying he was dealing with a guy with a gun when the lobby was closed and everyone in the drive through got their order before we did. this is absolutely horrendous service and the manger was rude af. it was a kids meal, a fry, and a pie that took an hour to get. how horrible to sit there an act like he was being robbed instead of owning up to whatever happened.

The drive thru line was extremely looong. I ordered the Royal chicken sandwich. They had no swiss cheese, so I asked for regular cheddar cheese. I did not get what I ordered and I had chunks of yellow lettuce on my sandwich! Never again. Shaking my head!!!
