What a great time our server Natilyn was absolutely amazing she was extra extra nice and very sweet to my family we really appreciate it it felt like an old school burger king back in the day when it was super fun we had a very good time and the food was amazing the place looked so cool it’s definitely our new favorite burger king I’ll definitely be back again for the amazing service 10/10

Store was fairly clean. And employees seemed personable with one another.

I purchased my food from the kiosk. And then quietly sat down and waited for my food… right in front of the register. 5 mins went by and multiple orders were taken at the register. And they received their order before me. ( atleast 3 people) then an order was taken at the kiosk. And they too received their food before me. It’s been 10 mins by this point. Multiple employees looked at me. Never acknowledged me. More orders were taken. 4:15 There had been atleast 10 orders at the register an a couple on the kiosk.
I then asked to have a refund. And for some reason the lead on shift seemed shocked. She asked me what was wrong with the food and I simply stated I don’t have it. That is the problem. I stated I had been waiting for 20 mins. She asked the kitchen if they had an order for me. They did. Apparently been there the whole time waiting for me. The lead on shift tried to pass it off as it got looked over looked because I had ordered off the kiosk and it’s similar to mobile orders. unfortunately, as I had previously stated there had been a couple kiosk get their food . And she had also been at the counter for at least 15 minutes, of my 20 min wait. Very aware that I’ve been there for quite some time and multiple orders were taken in front of me Yet was not acknowledged at all.
She then was struggling to give me a refund on a credit card order. I wasn’t going to leave the drawer short by taking a cash refund on an order that wasn’t cash. After I refused the cash refund. (Knowing that cash missing from a till is a no no) She then stated that my food was ready. I simply stated I did not want it at this point.
Then went to Jack across the the street ordered my food from the kiosk. The order was entirely correct and within five minutes. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jack

Well it’s been a while since I’ve had a Burger King Whooper. I was craving that flame broiled taste with fresh crisp onions, lettuce and tomatoes, on a sesame seed bun. I forgot how big they were. The Burger didn’t disappoint at all. It’s great to have the go to burgers when there’s options. Thank you for keeping your standards high and burgers delish.

Haven’t had Burger King in awhile so decide to swing by this on Warm Springs to give it a try since they renovated. Order my food off the app by the way I had over 10k points down to 219 now since I haven’t been going I lost all my points. Just terrible now I really won’t be going to eat there the service still too long and food was kinda cold and not delicious at all. Oh and the soda machine wasn’t working to well Cherry Coke just taste flat and lots of syrup nasty. Go to Freddys next door or IHop or even. Taco Bell

My son ordered some food for pickup and I went to pick it up for him. Since I was on my motorcycle I went inside to get it. There was no one at the counter!! I was ignored for 20 minutes and finally had to phone them to get assistance!! I prefer Burger King Burgers over McD’s or Wendy’s but I will never patronize this location again!!!

I can appreciate a good bathroom, for sure! Spacious, clean space where I was able to unload my delicious, fiery whopper meal before heading back home. Thank you for not neglecting a space that is often overlooked!

Has been a bit since visiting we order off kids menu. Patties are now tiny!!! can’t see unless you open the bun. The double burger no longer offered. Bye bye Burger King sorry to see you go your food now sucks just like Mc Donalds!!! Use to go at least once a week No more. BTW was nice to see the restaurant so nice and clean to bad you had to cheapen up the food to point of gross!!!

Got my food wrong I’ve been trying to call the store to let them know but they do not answer the phone. We expressed what we wanted and it is totally wrong understand mistakes happen, but I’m trying to call them for them to correct it and they don’t even answer the phone at all whatsoever

Edit: This location has been slow in the past, but this Friday night took the cake. Took 25 min to get from the speaker to the window. Waited another 5 min just to FINALLY get greeted and my food was already sitting there along with about 6 other bags of food. Completely unacceptable. This place needs better training or something.
Edit cont’d: I saw a review saying things were better, but it’s not true. Only two cars at the intercom to order and it still took a really long time. It makes no sense that it would take 10+ minutes for just two cars for “fast food”

The drive-thru here is abysmal. I’ve been several times every time a total freak show. The drive-thru is so slow by the time I even reached the cashier window once I said you know what forget it. I don’t even want my food. I just want to get out of here and I sped off.
