I ordered a bacon cheese burger, took one bite, and the bacon was near RAW!!! I went back to express my issue and get a COOKED bacon cheeseburger, expressing that I’d like the bacon CRISP. After a 25 minute wait, I was given a burger slathered in mayo (I requested light mayo) and NO BACON! The wrapper it was in was covered in grease! I wasn’t about to wait another 35 minutes to get another one, as it was already past my son’s bedtime!!!

I went there this morning and the cashier was the best guy/worker/persumably the owner or general manager im not sure but he made me and my brothers day with hus excellent customer service skills. He even offered my brother free ice cream after the meal: which was awesome, everything was great. I dont normally eat here but as of now burger king is my go to “out to eat place”!

Every time I come through here I see at least one person leave the drive thru line because it takes so long. When you do get your food it’s usually cold. This is a pretty common thing here(read other reviews), and I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t light a fire under management. This BK is at a great location and could make so much money if they could find the right people to work here.

I waited in the drive-through for quite literally 45 minutes. Which is OK I’ve worked fast food before I understand the kitchen can get behind. The only issue is once I got my food. My order was incorrect cold old and missing items. When I tried to call the store to have them remake my food, nobody answered.

Absolutely terrible experience. Pulled up to the drive-thru at 7:05 PM and didn’t even get to place my order until 7:37 PM. I finally got my food at 8:15 PM – just two burgers and a wrap – and it was already cold. Waiting over an hour for fast food, only to get cold meals, makes no sense at all. Management clearly doesn’t care about customer service or food quality. This location needs serious help. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I want my money back!!

Ordered ahead in the app said pick up time was 3:57 I get there at 4:07 and had to wait till 4:20 for incorrect food. Don’t have time to get it fixed. It wasn’t a difficult order. I think they just honestly DO NOT care to get it right. Bunch of careless kids working here.

Everytime I come here their Soda is Flat. I tried to get the Limited SpongeBob Meal with the Float & couldn’t even get the Float!! Then they give me a Flat soda. Yeah I’m not spending money here again.

I ordered the breakfast special of crossaiant sandwiches, 2 for $5. The egg is paper thin, 2×3 inch slice of egg. It is like 3mm of egg, non-existent protein. If you go to other Burger Kings they give you more egg. This business is like the other food places in Clovis, they short change your food portions but big prices.
