Pretty sad, pretty sad. We drove through the drive through at Burger King and there was no one else there. So when we got to the window, the server took a couple minutes before they even came to the window. It just seemed very disconnected, or they seemed very disinterested. It’s certainly not encouraging me to come back anytime soon.

This Burguer king isn’t easy to access. They don’t give you napkins, and there are No napkins in the dining area. You clearly ask to go easy on the ice, instead they put so much you can’t put the straw in. Also drink was a size smaller than I paid and asked for.

Erika took our order, she was very polite and courteous. We ordered our meals and I asked for my fries to be extra crispy which unfortunately most people or don’t care but she did. She personally asked the person preping the fries to make them crispy and they came out perfectly! So Erika thank you for not only taking my family’s order but for making sure my fries were extra crispy.

It’s the worst service the people there are so rude and don’t even take the orders right i don’t understand why they treat people bad and they don’t even give you ketchup and if you ask them they give you 2 little bags idk why they need better management

This is a bad review … I asked for no onions on my fake cow burger (impossible burger) cause I am allergic to the onions and they lie to my face and add the onions ..I say it English and Spanish and they still don’t listen… they need to hire the right people cause when I go in to that burger King they r always on there phones not doing there job.. missing the napkins .. the katup and not wearing any mask … rude workers bring there problems from home to work cause they hate life …. it’s not my fault …. I always get mistreated by this place on and off work… .. if a was a corporate manager I will fire these workers and get the ones that actually love there job then the fake ones they actually hire

Faith restored!!!! This Burger King treated me with dignity and respect. From the front counter, couteous and respectful, the guys who prepped my food with the fresh non soggie fries. And they even offered to help and didn’t show disdain for being disabled. In other words: didn’t look down on me or ignore me when I asked for a cup of water…THIS BURGER KING IS THE BEST IN ALL Las Cruces!!!! Kind and courteous this reflects on management it also scored very high for cleanliness showing the whole TEAM CARE ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. AGAIN THE FOOD WAS NOT SOGGIE OR LEFT ANY ODD AFTER TASTE. .THE WHOPPER WAS THAT GOOD…. GREAT CREW TEAM… WRITTEN AT 3:13PM
