Got my burger combo and realized I had plenty of salt left over from my fries. It was so much salt that I decided to open my own restaurant. Thanks to all the salt on my fries, I’m now known all around the world. All thanks to the pounds of salt BK added to my fries.

The manager at this location is rude! They didnt have something that was otdered on the app. The worker couldn’t offer any alternative to the item ordered and said that for any refunds you have to go back to the app. When the manager came over she asked what do you want? We can’t do anything about the app. When I asked but you got your money just get me a refund. She replied with no the app got the money. When I went online after getting home with the items I could get out of my order the food was wrong and ice cold like it had been sitting all day. The cheese had even started to get dark and hard.
Guess what the app does nothing either. Not only can you only contact them through email or bot chat, they say they have opened and completed a complaint ticket. Have I gotten a refund? Nope! Burger King is just another place out there that knows if they make it too hard to complain they get to keep the money you pay for items they dont have! This was a place I took my kids on the regular, but now not only will I avoid burger king like the plague I will make damn sure that everyone knows how burger king operates and where to avoid the rude people that should never have become managers

I placed a mobile order. Pick up time was 6:37 pm. When I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes. One customer before me and maybe two cars on the drive though.

Jay with glasses, was not “hearing right” and charged for our other drink we didnt get including to him, but it was obvious we didn’t need to. he also “didnt hear right” about our order and was somewhat rude in a way of taking extra money anyway when we didnt need to.

Standard BK menu, no complaints or anything spectacular about the food. Very clean inside with great A/C. Great conditioned play area for the kids with tables inside so you can keep an eye on them.

It may be the fact that it’s been a decade or the fact I was a child getting a junior but Damn was that burger (impossible whopper) huge! That and a large fry got me most of the way through a 14 hour bus ride and a 2 hour layover! And I’m a relatively large person! Wish there was one near me tbh!

It was lunchtime, but it wasn’t busy in the drive thru or in the lobby. I arrived at the same time as the white car in the other drive thru lane to pickup my online preorder, but she told me to wait, the took the white car’s order. While they were ordering, a green car pulled in behind them and waited. The white car pulled forward and the green car pulled up to order screen. Again, I wvs told to wait and she took their order, too. The green car pulled forward and I was still waiting, and waiting. I wondered if she forgot I was still waiting, too, even longer than the green car. Finally, I backed out of the drive thru and parked to walk inside and stood at the counter until one of the two workers turned around to notice me. Suddenly, the power went out and everyone began running around, ignoring me. Two minutes later, the power returned and I was able to explain what happened. He apologized, then she apologized and I was handed my order and offered free fries. I apologized and explained about being in a rush for my pickup order and getting upset about being told repeatedly to wait while others were helped before me (and I had a prepaid order ready 10 or so minutes ago just to pickup). I refused the fries and, instead, asked for a soda. I left feeling this was handled satisfactorily, however, I would have preferred not being told to wait–twice–in the drive thru lane while she helped two other cars in the other drive thru lane. I might have understood more easily for this screw up if the restaurant was even moderately busy, but it definitely was not busy in the lobby or the drive thru.
