The ladies upfront were PHENOMENAL!!! I had a pleasant conversation with them about the customer service side of the job industry and to be honest I needed that chat after having a long of work myself. And happily eating my SpongeBob patty with my boyfriend! I will most definitely be returning there just to be able to chat to them again. (I’m sorry I’m really bad with names I’m like dory every trip around the bowl is a new adventure for me lol I’ll get them down for sure next time 🙂 )

Oh my gosh I have to make a shout out right now! I came here tonight to get a little snack with my family and was welcomed by the sweetest voice on the speaker. Then I drive up to the window and was greeted by Jill! She was more than amazing! She had the greatest attitude despite it being 10 o clock and her shift supposed to be over! She even gave us four crowns! Thank you Jill for being an amazing part of my family’s night! I vote for her to be employee of the month!

Like any Burger King, I’ve had bad experiences here where they don’t care if you customized your food or asked for sauce. Normal things. However today took the cake, considering they pulled our car and after 25 minutes of sitting there waiting, watching other cars get their food and leaving, we had to go back around. The employees were cleaning, not paying any mind to food needing to be cooked, and when we pulled to the window talked amongst themselves before finally addressing us. We told them we would like a refund due to the wait and were told that we would have to go through the app. Not an apology, just that the only thing they could do was tell us to use the app. Of course, went when it was the end of breakfast, so after waiting no where else nearby was still serving breakfast. This was a ridiculous situation and one that will make me avoid Burger King in the future.
Edited to add: we went down the road to Chick Fil A and ordered lunch. When we got up to the window, they apologized for the long line and let us know they’d thrown in a few extra breakfast sandwiches for the wait. BK could learn a thing or two about customer service from them!

Went through the drive through and ordered the fiery Royal crispy chicken sandwich. And asked for no tomatoes as I am allergic. As you can see there were tomatoes and it’s so messy. It’s hard to even eat it. Very disappointed.

My fiancé & I visited 9/22 during their last hour and the young gentleman !!! Dom !! was very respectful, customer service was wonderful from him! Food was fresh & great as well. First time at this location and will be back cause of the great service we received from him!

I will never recommend this place. Our food was raw. They did not want to give us our money back because they said they needed a receipt when we have been waiting there for over five hours for our food to be made.
And the service was terrible. The guy making the food was very rude to us. This is ridiculous never again.

It’s not bad the people are nice enough and they usually get the orders right. The problem is this location doesn’t seemed to be equipped to handle more than two customers at a time. I’ve had several visits where I waited more than ten minutes at the menu board before someone took my order. It’s not worth trying to come here during lunch hour it’ll take 30 minutes just to get your food.

TLDR; Pretty awful customer service
So here’s the story. I love Burger King and usually visit the other location on Lohman, but after a long day this was a closer location. My fiancé wanted our usual and me trying to get home to her, didn’t check inside the bag. When I get to the house she noticed that not only was the tea not sweet but the order was wrong. She decides to call and see how the issue could be remedied. Not only was the guy on the phone extremely nonchalant but he honestly didn’t even apologize for the situation. He proceeded to place the blame on the nice young lady who handed me the wrong order. It wasn’t busy, 1 car behind me and no one else but in this situation it doesn’t matter who’s mistake it was. To top off the situation he said that the order was still here if we wanted to pick it up and when we asked to remake it he “okay”. I went back to the location and was nothing but civil and just wanted my money back. No food or remake necessary.

Went I to the store rn and placed an order. Girl in front was super nice. She put me on a zesty sauce for my onion rings I had never known about . I asked the guy that was cooking if he could make my burgers “fob” It stands for fresh off the broiler he said no problem made my burgers excellent my onion rings super fresh.
