I must say I was extremely disappointed in my dinner from this location tonight!!! I had previously been very pleased with the service and food quality since the new male night manager had started work in the evenings, however, tonight was a huge disappointment!! The service from this new manager was right on point as it has been in the past, however, the food was horrible and a tremendous let down!! I ordered the whopper with cheese meal large size and was told they were out of large cups so I had to take a medium coke instead. Then I discovered that my French fries were cold, hard, extremely dry, and had two tons of salt on them!!! My whopper was just as bad!! I was given my whopper sandwich on a cheeseburger roll and the vegetables, what little bit there was, was soggy and the tomatoes were borderline gone bad completely!!! I couldn’t have been more disappointed!!! I couldn’t even eat the meal I paid nearly $16 to get!!! I live on disability so I treat myself once a month when I get my check to a dine out meal and this month I couldn’t even eat it at all!!!!!!!!!!

Dumbest drive thru process ever. Not only was the cashier rude, she was taking orders, having customers pay, and having them “pull around the corner” to wait for their food. As we speak, there are literally 7 cars waiting “around the corner” for their food, when there is an empty drive thru. Then, the wait staff are coming out, going car to car asking what they ordered. Y’all are sooooo smart!

First time to this burger king went through drive through and the attendant took our orders quick and no problems but after we got our breakfast and back on the freeway less than 5 minutes we noticed our food was completely cold my biscuit was slimy and tots were cold and the wife’s sandwich was ok but her tots were completely cold too… Not sure what happened there…
