Twisted Trash
These are the 2 bacon double cheeseburgers I bought here today. I took them back and asked them to fix em. The restaurant stood behind this work and said it was correct refused to fix and told me to pay extra for more bacon. Not that I eat these at every burgerking I go to for the past 10 years or anything. I guess everyone else does them wrong and this one little store on new Mexico is the only place that knows the correct way. You have to split the 1/4 piece of bacon in half to make a postage stamp size piece. Who knew. Judge for yourself I posted pictures

Went throught the drive through. All of our sandwiches had dried out meat and chocked full of Mayonnaise. Like it was suppose to soften our old sandwiches. And all our bread had those werid patterns on it. Horrible food don’t waste you time.

My toddler had accidentally spilled his popcorn in the car, I was attempting to clean it up prior to going inside to order & an extremely rude staff member came out yelling that I was littering.
I kindly apologized & said it was only popcorn so I assumed the birds would eat it quickly but she only rolled her eyes, said she didn’t care & that she would be bringing me a broom & dust pan to clean it up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend giving any business to somewhere that speaks to their customers that way. For somewhere with a kids play place inside they certainly don’t understand what it is like having a young child.

Went through.n The drive through awaited approximately 30 minutes without getting service had to go inside to place my order once I got my order, the order was wrong, completely worse service and experience ever.

This is the best Burger King in our tricity area! Made a quick stop for lunch today and the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Darnel took the order and was super nice and did not mind that I added a drink last minute. I haven’t had a bad experience here in years! Definately recommend!!

I’m not happy at all. I paid almost $13 for a Southwest Whopper meal deal and there is no avocado spread on it. I could have just got the Whopper deal for less money. I live in Aztec so I can’t just go take it back. Management should contact me. PS they gave me cold fries.

Ladies here are quite angry, refused to honor special. Pests as you walk in too, this location needs overhauled or shut down. Ended up going next door to DQ, the DQ employees seem to be familiar with the notion of customer service.

I visited this location and specifically asked if their chicken fries were fresh before ordering. Despite being assured that they were, I received stale and hard chicken fries for my toddler. As a paying customer, this is extremely disappointing. This is not the first time I have experienced this, and that is why I asked before ordering. Do better Burger King – your food quality is unacceptable!
