You don’t expect quality customer service from fast food chains anymore, but that’s exactly what I got from Burger King. I walked in at a busy time and it was packed. I expected a long wait and average Service. But I got the opposite. I was greeted with a huge smile from Javon and a pleasant greeting. She took my order with ease. I was not paying attention like most people on my phone waiting for my order and my order was called out, and I was not paying attention so she brought the food to me again with a smile and and a positive attitude. Thank you Burger King and Javon for making my experience easy and pleasant. I will continue to come back to this location..

Gotta say that I was shocked out of my socks on this one. This particular Burger King and Blake’s have given me the best burgers I’ve had in the last several years. My only complaint about the BK burger was that it was a little too juicy – likely from excessive liquid condiments. But the flavor was exceptional.
Service was interesting. There were two ordering stations. I drove to the empty one and the screen was blank and nobody answered when I called into the speaker. So I drove past and went to the window. Lady very nicely explained that she hadn’t had time to answer me at the speaker. She took my order at the window and was very pleasant.

This location has been frustrating lately. About a week ago they forgot about me in the drivethrough for about 14 minutes. Then tonight they forgot an item we ordered rushed my wife through the drive through. When I went to call to figure out how to get them item it seemed like they hung up on me. Some of the food was really good and some was kinda bad.They seem to be having issues with staffing or something to the point where the employees are overstressed and the service therfore is lacking heavily.

I ordered a #3 (Bacon King Meal) and even told them they forgot the burger. As another guy came to the window and asked what he forget I let them know (again)
Upon receiving the burger it wasn’t even the same sandwich/burger. At least I got to pay $14 for a whopper jr.

Need more staff poor guy was trying. It’s hard to do with the drive thru backed up, and front counter starting to back up. Two people on grill. No one to put the bag together. Definitely needs mor help.

All of the tables are dirty. Every single one of the employees are unattentive. There was no ice in the soda fountain machine food’s cold cheese isn’t even melted. Manager is rude and ignorant. Roll their eyes at every criticism. Employees constantly stand around when there is so much that needs to be done. There are no paper towels in the men’s restroom.

This place has been deliberately serving fries with black specs on them, carcinogenic burnt oil in their fried food for months now. I’ve spoken with management several times, and they said that they’ve been asking for new fryers for a while now. I’ve been not eating their fries all year, and I believe that BK needs to reimburse me, and other customers for selling us fries with terrible carcinogenic specs on them.

Eddie, or Edward, at the McMahon location needs to be retrained. After waiting for 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then placing an online order, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, but nobody came. So, I tried to go into the restaurant to retrieve my paid for order only to find that the restaurant door was locked. I knocked on the door and was stared at. An employee (Eddie) gestured to me that they’re closed despite their business hours indicating a close time of 12am. I had to shout at him, because he refused to come to the door, that I paid for an online order and needed to get it. He reluctantly came to the door and proceeded to tell me to be patient or he would refuse to give me the food I paid for. He shut and locked the door in my face. I began to pull back into the drive-thru lane to try to get the food I paid for when Eddie came out with my food and rudely instructed me how to spell his name. Our fries were clearly over salted on purpose. All attempted calls to this store failed because the phone never rang, almost as if they intended for it not to. The nuggets were old and the burgers were not the typical Burger King quality I’ve received just a few weeks ago prior to the remodel. Perhaps the staff needs an overhaul as well.
