They always have it my way. Even when I messed up my order. One time I got a Whopper with extra mayo and extra pickles…it looked disgusting. My first thought wasn’t, “they messed up,” instead my first thought was,”I messed up my mobile order.” Sure enough. Plain as day. ” Whopper with EXTRA PICKLES and EXTRA MAYO”. My bad. The staff are amazing and have never had issues with my food.

This is one of the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. When you all for something at this particular one they do it! Bravo and my fries were hot and fresh! Whopper was delicious. I can’t eat the bread but yummy!

Horrible service, horrible quality, and always out of items. This is the 3rd time in the last month or so that we have been to this location due to how conveniently located in our area that it is. In these last 3 visits they have failed multiple times to either give us items that we ordered, always out of condiments and cokes. Just this past visit we had ordered two 8 piece chicken nuggets, there was only 6 in each bag, and they were out of barbecue sauce, and Coca-Cola again. The last time we went they forgot to put 2 separate Burgers into the bag and even gave us an incorrect sandwich. I advised their staff to let their management know that this is becoming a ridiculous thing and that management needs to be on top of what they need to order more often. That cashier rolled her eyes and informed me sure I will let them know sarcastically. I don’t believe we will be going to this Burger King anymore.

I just ordered a Whopper with cheese, drove all the way home, opened the bag, took a bite of a cold, dry burger. That’s the bad things about drive thru’s. My fault I didn’t check it there. So now I’m out 5 bucks for a nasty Whopper. Never again. Make sure you ask for a receipt and a freshly grilled burger. So bugged! I’ll take an L!

I’ve been to this location twice this month at 11:30 pm, and staff are outside turning people away, saying the restaurant is close. I confronted the manager and advised that I would be calling corporate about closing early the restaurant to what he laughed and said.. ” Be my guest.” Seems like not corporate is not doing anything as customers are not important to this franchise. I will be leaving this review not just for corporate to see but also for the public. Will not be going back to this business anymore, and I recommend you stay away from this rude place of business.
