Rude, inaccessible and out of everything new consistently. Came here hast year for a spicy drink and they messed it up and never made it right. Just came for a crabby patty and they were out and had to wait 10 minutes behind cars in the drive through to get out of there. The other BK was way better.

I’ve been to a lot of Burger King’s in my time. This one is by far the best. The food is always warm and exactly how we ordered it. The staff are friendly and always greet us with a smile. If your in los lunas you have to give this location a try.

Wed. Jan 14, 2026 9:10 pm. Arrived, went to door to find it LOCKED. Checked hours of Operation on the door, Dining Room open until 10:00 pm. Door still locked. Had to use drive-thru. Girl was rude.

The Customer service at the drive thru was horrible, I asked for the boo bundle and the associate did not let me order what I wanted. The associate was rude. I hope that this associate gets training in Customer service.

The hashbrowns and sandwich were cold and the coffee was old. The lady told me she put creamer in my coffee. It was a good thing I asked for some.

I will have to say that I had a really great experience with the quality of the food here, in fact the burger actually looks like the advertisement. The meat was juicy not rubbery, the bread still cracked on top but was soft for some reason, veggies were fresh not stale and the service was quick. I only wish they would fix there app for coupons to register at this locations and I also noticed that the day crew is much more efficient than the morning crew.
