Well, I went through the drive-through and was craving an Italian chicken sandwich, but it’s no longer available so that was strike one. Then I asked for the frozen Coke that they had on the marquee for a dollar, that was no longer available and we have strike two, I had to settle for a whopper, which I really didn’t want, and really did not taste good to me. So that was strike three. Normally Burger King is a great place. Great prices good service. Tasty food. But not today. Sorry to say.

I drove through, I ordered a #1 whopper combo add cheese. It cost over $15, and my frys where old and cold. My burger was cold, cheese unmelted, bread was cold, no lettuce and was pretty much unbeatable

What’s the point of a two lane drive-thru if you’re only one there and still have to wait 5 minutes to even place an order. For as long as this location has been open the ice cream/shakes are always sold out, just take them off the menu at this point. Dining room has been closed more times than I can recall.

I’m a huge burger king fan, waiting for the spider man collaboration. My wife and I had stopped there this evening at 5:46pm we walk into the store and it was a disaster, fries and napkins all over the floor, soda on tables, it was disgusting. Ordered our food, soda machine in the lobby was out of order. Traveled back home with our food and began eating our sandwiches tasted sour, the only thing in common with them was Mayo so you can do the math hope we don’t get food poisoning. I’ve worked in fast food before, this is a management issue if managers don’t care their staff won’t either. Come on bk do better.

In today’s world why doesn’t this chain participate in the crowns app? The cashier delivered this very curtly…we don’t do that and we will not honor the discounts. Then she sighed when I asked for ice because the machine in the dining hall is off and has none. When I told her the machine was off out here. Her response was to roll her eyes and walk away out of my sight. Might want to retrain your staff on courtesy…will not be coming back here!!!
