food WAS hot and fresh because I asked for it to be so good job there but the “Atmosphere” was appalling

Came here in the morning on Jan 21st at 9:03am through the drive-thru before a ski trip with friends and didn’t expect to be met with such rudeness right from the start. the very second she interacted with us she was short and rude. I also subbed an item on our coupon and was up-charged for it without notice. This has never been an issue any other BK I’ve been. I understand if it’s policy to up-charge but I wasn’t told and in the past this has never been an issue when I’ve done the same substitution.

FAST, Friendly, Good! That’s exactly how it should be! It was like I traveled back to the 80s or 90s. Nearly $40 worth of food in the drive thru. Under 2 mins. Wasn’t asked to pull forward. No one honked at me for taking too long. Perfect!

We all know the bar for a Burger King is fairly low to begin with, so it comes as a surprise when one manages to fall below it. This location only provides kiosks to place orders, so that wound up taking twice as long while I hunted through options to piece together my own order. But, relieving the employees of this task should free them up to quickly process orders, right? Wrong. The folks working seemed too distracted by their own conversations to be able to handle other tasks. My food took a long time, and the dining area was also unkept. It seemed like someone had planned on mopping at some point since the mop bucket was sitting in a corner by the entrance and a yellow wet floor sign sat in front of the soda machine. However, it was clear they’d not gotten around to it. Plenty of other road-trip food choices in the area. Bummer, because I love a good Whopper.

Girl working the drive thru was remarkably rude and exhibited absolutely zero customer service skills. She was sullen and lacks basic manners. Maybe send her on her way and hire someone without attitude? Just maybe?

Okay, I’m usually quite generous with my ratings, but I was very disappointed. They forgot half of my order. The floors were disgusting. The bathrooms were not desirable and the food was cold

I came here at around 1230pm Oct 21st. I never even ordered because I was greeted by someone who sounded like she did not want to serve food to people and would have rather been anywhere else. Why would I want to be order food from people that dont want to serve food for a job. I backed out and left. Nope. I worked fast food when I was 16. I was happy to do it at that age.

Completely messed up two burgers in one drive-through order. We were able to get our money back. Once inside of the restaurant, we found out that they were out of most toppings. I had ordered jalapeños and was charged extra for them. My friend’s fish sandwich was also wrong. Could have saved us time by informing how they were out of food supplies.
